I thought the hotle could have been more updated. with flat screen TV,carpet, window treatments just a whole overall. the location of the hotel is in a good spot. the spa need to be open more days.

The roof hotel and outside deck area is very cool!! Downstairs entry way is nice...however the hotel rooms are starting to show age and what was the most aggrivating was internet doesn't work well. I have been there for multiple visits and it was repeatitively an issue.

My family and I were extremely satisfied with the room we received. The previous night we had booked at another chain hotel in a newer part of town and were completely disgusted with the quality. This is an older hotel but has been maintained. It could use a face-lift overall but our room was clean and the atmosphere pleasant.

The hotel itself is definitely older, but besides a few random holes in the wall and a very old tv it is well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The man at the front desk took the time to recognize us each time we walked by and always made sure things were going well. This hotel show when it was originally opened but the dated furniture. The staff is so friendly and helpful. You can tell they really like the hotel they work in. We did not eat there but did have drinks in the bar and the bartender was friendly and funny. The pool was nice with a great view of the street. I would stay again.

The hotel was in a wonderful location. I just wish they had more towels in the bathroom when you have more than 2 people staying in one room. Other than that I would stay at this hotel again but at a cheaper cost. To me this hotel isn't worth the price I paid.

My family loved the location of the hotel. Everything we wanted to to in the mornings and evening was within walking distance. We stayed on the street side so during the prime of nightlife there was street noise (horses, motorcycles and car music) we brought a box fan and slept great. We definitely recommend the street side.

This hotel was very comfortable and located right in the middle of town. The mountain view room was so neat - there was a balcony and I sat and watched an eagle soaring around. The only disappointment was that we could not get a spa treatment due to remodeling project.

Definitely enjoyed watching the people in the street from the balconey. Wished the hotel had a restaurant. The beds were comfortable, It was a little outdated, but quite comfortable. Easy to park - staff was friendly - elevator quick. Would stay there again.

Good location near shops and the historic hot springs district. Parking is up a hill in the back but it was well lit at night. The room was clean. Hotel could use an update or facelift but otherwise it was clean.

The hotel's dining room was closed, the spa at the hotel is only available on the weekend. The only thing left to talk about is the lobby and our room. The staff was very pleasant and tried to assist us when they could. The major problem was that there was no air conditioning in our room. This property is in bad need of update and repair! Restaurant and Bar both out of business, glad I didn't book spa services after seeing the overall condition of the hotel. Staff were friendly and very accomadating but most likely accustomed to dissatisfied guest.

Me and my kids stayed at the Spring Hotel on our mini vacation at the end of 2011. The stay was great. Everything was wonderful. Loved the location, it is right in the middle of the beautiful bathhouse row. I had been there once before on a business trip and wanted to take my kids back. They loved it.

My Wife and I went to Hot Springs to get away and relax. We did have a good time there. We were at a hotel that actually has the hot steam baths from the springs, but due to the off season, they only provide the service on friday thru sunday. We tried to book a friday morning spring bath and before we could finally get to talk to some one who takes […] the reservations, the morning was already booked. They came in late and we were down waiting for a while after the scheduled opening time and finally went back to the room and missed the opportunity completely. If they would allow someone to be available to book on wednesdays or thursday for the friday. It would certainly be helpful, and we would not have been so disappointed. We had to go just a few blocks down the road, walking distance to the only two other facilities available. to experience the traditional bath. There are several places in town to get a good massage other than the hotel. The restaurant was closed due to little traffic. But there were several good cafe's not far from the hotel. The room was nice and they are renovating at this time. The people were very frindly and helpful otherwise. Read more

My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights at this hotel and we had the best time! First of all, the spa was fantastic- AMAZING massage therapists, and they even made an exception for us to be in the thermal bath room together since there was no one else using the spa at the time. Every single staff member we encountered was nothing but helpful, accommodating […] and incredibly friendly. For the amazing deal we got through Expedia, this hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. Also, the location is wonderfully convenient! We were able to walk to almost every place we visited. For a young couple who can't really justify the expense of a higher end hotel, our stay was still very comfortable and laid back. Everything was decently clean, despite the older furnishings. One employee at check in was quite a jerk, but i waold not let him ruin our honeymoon. If you are a smoker, you are confined to the third floor with a wall of a mountain for a mountain view or a parking lot or busy street. To enjoy a "mountain view" , you really need to go to the top floors. They were also not receptive at all to the fact of expedia. […] I almost felt like i was held at a lower status because i used expedia. Discounted rates..i get it, but they got a room rented when they may have been stuck with a vacent room. Get real. Anyways, it is not much more than what you would expect from a private owned older hotel trying to find a way to make it. The hotel staff at front desk were very helpful and friendly. The hotel needs some "spiffing" up. The carpet was stained, balconies need a paint job. The rear of the hotel is an eyesore, and garbage and junk tossed nearby. The music ongoing in the lobby could be a tad bit more "lobby like". Great place to stay. The balcony on the downtown side was an awesome bonus. The hotel restaurant was over priced and understaffed. We did the total relaxation spa package. The bath part was nice but my massage and facial was a waste of time and money. The therapist kept leaving the room and the treatments should have lasted an hour and it was just 45 […] min and about 10-15 min of that she was out of the room.
