Good location, good hotel, no extras.

The hotel room itself was fine. It was a little musty, and the bed was not the comfortable, but the in room amenities, cleanliness, and size were value for the money. The only problem we has was getting back into our room... the keycard never worked after the first time. We had to keep getting an attendant to open the door. WE were right near the office so it wasn't a big deal, but I would be really irritated if we were further away. Also, we asked for towels around 5pm our second day there and they never came. So, room good, service bad.

Look folks, its a motel. Nice room and good price. It did the job of "needing an overnight stay"

I thought it was a Hotel, but it was a Motel. When I arrived at the place, I went in the room and the scent of the room was horrible. It looked like it could have bed bugs or someother form of insect in there. I got my things and left. I never even bothered to stay the night, Not even another minute. My all time favorite place is Holiday Inn Express. I will just go there only from now on.

My husband and I had to travel to Ct. for a funeral. We were pleasantly surprised at the amenitites in our room. All we expected was a bathroom and a bed. But, to our surprise there was a mini refrigerator, microwave, and a single cup coffee machine. There is also a sofa bed available. We had a king sized bed which was quite comfortable. I had read bad reviews about this hotel but I guess they are under new management because I found things to be top notched. The staff was also friendly.

Requested a non-smoking room, there weren't any availible. 1st room I was given the the TV didn't work, went to call the front desk the telephone didn't work. Had to walk to the desk on the ice coated side walks. After the hotel messed with the TV for awhile he said I'll take it off your bill. I insisted on a TV.He moved me to a different room. Also, a smoking room.The heating unit was very noisy in this room. I check out early loosing a days rate. Worst hotel experience I've had in the last 20 years.

Very good location, was good for the price.

Carpet in the room near A/c was wet, looks like some repair just before we arrived, AC cover also fell off as soon as we touched to switch it on.

The room had lots of extra conveniences: sofa, desk, low luggage table,etc. Although the building is older, the room was in good shape.

This is a decent hotel if you need to be about an hour out NYC. Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping, seconds off highway, easy to find.

First off, the hotel room was absolutely disgusting. Aside from stains and burn holes in the carpet, the photos on Hotels.com look nothing like what you pay for. The bathroom had bugs in the light fixture. To even have a hotel like this offered to families is despicable. Not to mention, the door on our room would not even close correctly. The area surrounding the hotel was just as bad. If it hadn't been for arriving at 11:45PM, I no doubt would've requested a refund and went elsewhere. I didn't in anyway feel safe staying in this hotel, let alone, with my son.

I was very dissapointed, heater in room is old and noisy, kept me up all night. Window in bathroom on first floor would no lock, quite disturbing. They knocked on the door next to mine at 2a.m., then proceeded to clean that room with vaccum and all. Very noisy in general, cars, people, all can be heard as if in your room with you.Door to room has a one inch gap around that you can see staight out to parking lot(hence all the soounds come right in) Would not stay again or recommend.

The top lock on the door was missing. Housekeeping walked into the room while I was still sleeping; it was too early in the morning and the television was still on to insinuate room was being occupied. Also, I was charged another fee at the desk when I arrived. I left one night early and was still billed for the last night.

This Super 8 was not too bad as far as discount chains goes. There were several nice touches in the room including a love seat, fold-out ironing board, microwave and small fridge. The room was clean (except the toilet bowl base was shifted and the nasty stuff that goes in the hole was exposed). The bathroom was stocked with enough clean towels and bar soap, and even a few shampoo/conditioner bottles!! The shower water was nice and hot (the shower curtain itself was one of the fabric types that has a tendency to stick to your skin while your in there washing up). The TV had Directv, but not as many channels as you would think.
