We enjoyed our 1 night stay and the location was close to the airport for an early morning flight. The room had a slight smell but we opened the window and let it air out during the day. The staff arranged a taxi pickup in the morning. Even thought the description mention an airport shuttle we had to pay for a taxi.

The staff were lacking in pleasant customer service. No restaurants nearby, horrible neighborhood. Phone did not work in room one had to go down to desk to ask simple questions. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I trusted reviews on Expedia - as a single woman traveling alone this was a horrible experience. DO NOT even consider this hotel!

The office staff was wonderful. We selected the airport because it was close to the airport and it was a quick 5 minute taxi ride. The staff set up wake up calls, ordered the taxis, gave us detailed maps of Florence, and good recommendations for places to eat (nice to have in a town geared towards tourists). Was a good value for the money we paid. However, the air conditioner in the room was pretty weak & never really cooled the room down bc if you left the room the electricity turned off. We needed somewhere close to the airport after a late flight in. This was ideal. A short taxi ride a small but very clean room. A shower for the morning and a comfyish bed for a few hours sleep. Il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale dopodiché il nulla: hall inesistente, sala colazione ben sponsorizzata sul sito ma inesistente, ascensore tipo montacarichi (uno in tutto), parcheggio coperto inesistente. Appena entrati nella stanza, abbastanza spaziosa, abbiamo notato subito la moquette sporca, oltre ciò nella vasca da bagno, accessoriata […] da hotel senza stelle, residuo di peli. Cosa strana invece i sanitari, sia il bidet che il water di dimensioni estremamente piccole pertanto scomodissimi. L'hotel si trova facilmente con il navigatore, bisogna suonare per farsi aprire la sbarra e poi si può parcheggiare davanti alla porta oppure in una zona immediatamente sottostante. Le camere sono spaziose, molto pulite, con mobilia nuova e un bel bagno. 部屋を入って荷解きをしていると壁に蚊が止まっていることに気付きました。 荷解きをやめて白壁を見回してみると・・・ あと4匹居ました。 そして、一番驚いたのがクモ。 大きなサイズのクモではないけれど、気持ち悪かったです。 虫を退治してからは何をするのも気持ち悪く感じました。 カーテンに近づきませんでしたが、窓を開放していたからか、 エアコンの配線の隙間から外の光が入ってきたのでこの隙間かも？と思いました。 毛布に木の枝のような枯れ木が挟まってました。 その他は普通です。 空港から15ユーロかかりました。（日曜日、深夜料金、トランク1個）

Wir waren eine Nacht dort. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war schick aufgebaut und ausreichend abwechslungsreich. Vom Hotel sind es etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt von Florenz, vom Flughafen maximal 10 MInuten mit dem Auto. Das WLAN funktionierte tadellos.
