We really enjoyed the hotel. The people were extremely attentive. The room was spacious and we liked the layout of the room and the set up of the furniture. The beds were very comfortable. We will stay there again if we return to San Antonio.

The hotel was nice to stay in. They had very good breakfast. Very hard to get to but right there by everything. They had a leak in the hotel so they shut our water off one of the days we were there which i was not happy with. We had only a few days to do things and that put us not being able to go anywhere that day till 4 which most of the attractions close at 5 or 6.

The hotel is tricky to get to off the freeway. However well worth it the rooms were very comfortable and large we had 2 beds and a couch and 2 tvs which the kids loved. The pool was nice and hotel was very nice for the cost. The downside was the Hot Breakfast was blan, the hostes had a hard time keeping enough of the Hot food out for the guest there in the kitchen. I would definetly stay there again.

The room was comfortable and the location was very good. A straight shot south to the River Walk area. The HBO wasn't working. Other than that, no complaints. Staff was very courteous.

Access from the highway was a little tricky.The rooms we had were very clean and nice. The only problem we had was about 2:30 AM an employee decided to vaccum in the lobby and woke us the first night we stayed the 2nd night was fine but when we checked out the manager ask how everything was and I told her about the vaccum running in the middle of the night and she said she would take care of that.

I stayed here on New Year's Eve. It was clean, quiet, comfortable. Nice room for the price. It was a little confusing trying to get to it from the freeway, but the stay was great once I got there!

Good location and value. Hotel could use some maintenance as it had declined a bit since our last stay. Very conveniently located.

The room was comfortable, however the pillows were a bit smelly although clean cases. The hallway carpets were dirty which was a disappointment for a hotel of this type. The breakfast was very good however. The next day we returned to find that our keys no longer worked. The desk clerk said we never told him whether we were staying another night although we pre-paid for two nights!

This was by far one of the nicest Best Western hotels we have stayed at. The room was amazing for the price. It was large and quiet and the bed was so comfortable. We truly had a wonderful experience. We will be staying there again.

The location was great for what we needed. The only real complaint was the cleanliness of the hotel. Although there was some stains on the wall in the bathroom, the room was fairly clean. The problem was the common areas. The carpet in the hallway by the elevator, which is the first thing you see when the door opens, was extremely dirty and stained. Kind of gave a bad first impression.

While on a golfing weekend three of us were looking for an inexpensive hotel for one night. The hotel was clean, the accomodations were as promised 2 Queen, and 1 sleeper sofa. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Location was good with easy access to highways and just a short ride to San Antonio & the Riverwalk. I Would definitely stay there again!

This was a very nice hotel on a nice part of town. We were offered complimentary entry to the Lifetime Fitness gym across the street for the duration of our stay. There was plenty to do in close proximity of the hotel and nice restaurants. The staff was very nice and the complimentary breakfast always hits the spot!

A convenient hotel at 281 and 1604. Clean, comfortable and perfect for our one night stay to visit relatives. Parking can be a small problem, but we were lucky and found a place right out front. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well priced and very well located. It is a straight shot south on 281 to the river walk. It is also close to the more affluent area of San Antonio. There is a shopping center directly across the highway and the Quarry shopping center is just a short drive south.

You get what you pay for. The rooms were an adequate size and were clean comfortable. We knew we would not be at the hotel much, just there to sleep. The breakfast was included and was okay, nothing special. We were happy and would recommend it to others. Access to it was not difficult, thanks to a prior post that we read so we googled the map and how to do the turn around.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CLEANLINESS OF THE HOTEL. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, THERE WERE PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS AND STORES WITHIN MINUTES OF THE HOTEL. THE COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED. THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH BUT WORTH IT. WE WILL MOST LIKELY STAY AT THIS HOTEL IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

The hotel was so good. They have free break fast, and free bevrages at afternoon. Walmart is next to it, resturants, the location is good. Avilable parking and free too. Overall, I liked the hotel a lot and I would stay there again. Thank you Best Western.

My husband and I needed some R & R, and boy did we get it here. The beds were comfy with fluffy pillows, so we slept very comfortably. The rooms were very quiet, even on the eve of the New Year. The room was extremely clean and the staff were very helpful with what we needed, and I might add that the friendliness there was also very satisfying. The only down fall is how to get to the hotel. There seems to be only one way to get there, but then again we are not used to the Texas freeway system. All in all, we were very happy with our stay and would indeed stay there again regardless on how the freeway system leads you to getting to the hotel.....Well worth it!

The room was very clean. The furniture and layout were just right for me, working in the evenings from my room while attending a conference. Complementary internet access was critical. The breakfast was good, staff very friendly. We've been here before and will be back.

The room and hotel property was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Fiesta texas and Sea world were on our agenda. This hotel was in close proximity to both places. Also convienient to restaurants, grocery, medical facilities(if needed), and retail stores(Walmart was right behind and walking distance to this hotel). Pool and hot tub and surrounding areas were clean. Wifi all around. Courteous staff! But what I enjoyed greatly was 24hr coffee. Even if it was warm it was available. We will stay there again when we are in San Antonio.

This hotel was pretty much what we expected based on other reviews. It was clean, however we did move the sofa bed and found food wrappers and dried up bits of food, but other than that it was reasonably clean. The staff was adequate and their was a pretty decent breakfast (all microwaved, but pretty good)included in the room price. If you have kids, these rooms don't give you much privacy, but there were two t.v.'s, which was nice. Also, It is next to impossible to find the entrance off of the highway...and I used to live near this hotel and know the area very well!

This Best Western was a great place for my son and I on our vacation. He enjoyed the pool, and it was great to have two TVs so both of us could watch at the same time. The room was clean and attractive and the breakfast was good. We also appreciated having access to the Internet. My only complaints are that the hotel was difficult to access from the highway, and the guy at the front desk couldn't make suggestions about things to do in the area. Otherwise, it was a nice, safe area to stay in. Overall it made a great place for a vacation.

Clean, nice rooms w/2 tvs (one for us,one for the kids)& areas separated. Expected the rooms to look worse. Very clean. Nice decor. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and 5 p.m. snacks/drinks. Lots of families in June. Good for our kids. Pool was nice size. Staff was not very helpful with directions to the area attractions. Also, when we needed a blanket for our kids for the pull-out sofa we were told they had no more & that was it. No alternatives. Nothing. Needed to use the computer. 2 teenage girls playing/surfing the myspace site w/lights off in the room for over an hour. Complained to the front desk & they simply stated we had to just wait our turn. We didn't even try again.

great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Don't be scared off by the outside appearance of the hotel, the inside was much cleaner and modernized than it would seem from the outside.

Plenty of room for a family of 4. Great hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Takes about 30 minutes to get from hotel to any of the attractions in San Antonio. Would have been absolutely perfect if this hotel had been down town.
