This was our second visit and both times the mornings were under staffed. Same staff member was working the front desk and the busy breakfast area. Other wise a pleasant stay.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was a disappointment, though. We wanted to swim before checkout, but there appeared to be some sort of maintenance happening, the noise of which my preschooler found alarming. We would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked the two room suite. Whirlpool was out of commission-this was disappointing as that was one of the reasons we choose this hotel. Room had 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no hand towels-had to go to front desk to request these items. Staff very courteous and provided us with a handicap accessible room that was perfect. Unfortunately the furniture in the living suite was old and broken down. Since I had foot problems and a large cast, it was very difficult to get up from this broken down furniture. The wallpaper was coming down at the seams in bedroom, but beds and bedroom were excellent. […] The bath area was outstanding and very accommodating since I was unable to get the one foot wet. disappointed. We had stayed a few years back and it was a much better experience. The furniture was broken down, room is disrepair, potato chip crumbs by the bed. The shower was poor quality. We had registered 3 guests and only had towel service for 2; was told they didn't have any more towels so could not even get an extra set of towels. We found that staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Our rooms seemed inadequately stocked with toilet paper and towels, so we had to call for more. But the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay, but again we had to ask for plates and some items weren't very warm.

Everything was very clean. We had a suite with 2 queen beds and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was good with the normal hot continental breakfast of scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, breads and pastries and waffles. Everything was hot and very good. It was cold and took awhile to get it to a comfortable tempurature. The pool area was very basic but the pool and spa seemed clean and not over chlorined. The air tempurature in the pool area was very cold though. This was our second stay here. Last time was last spring and the experience with the hotel quality itself was good. That time there was a problem with the room in that we had booked a room with 2 queens and got a room with one king and there were three of us staying. We were told that when booked through Expedia, they only guarantee that there is a room available but it may not necessarily be what you booked. I called the hotel about a week ahead this time to make sure that the room they had for us was what we had booked and our stay was much more pleasant this time since we had enough beds. Read more

We stayed at this hotel over thanskgiving and were extremely disappointed. The bed sheets had been washed so many times that they had little fuzzy things all over them and they looked even worse. The carpet floor was not swept and neither was the bathroom floor. The wallpaper was half peeled off under the window and what looked like black mold was behind […] it. This hotel was very unclean.
