It was St. Pattys Day weekend & all the hotels in Manhattan were over $400. Not happening! So I booked this hotel near Laguardia Airport through hotels.com (Love them)!!! I had to rely on the website pics & reviews. But, it was exactly what I seen in the web pics/reviews. I'm a psycho when it comes to hotel germs. I'm the girl that uses lysol to spray […] the hotel room sheets & all. BUT I didn't need to use lysol because this hotel was uber clean. It was a little on the smaller side but it was just right! I had a small pre-game event in the room with like 5 people. There was a small fridge & matching microwave in the room. There was a flat screen TV but the only prob was that there are charges for the music section in the TV's menu bar. But anyway, we all went out and partied at an NYC club. Came back at like 4:30 a.m. and slept like babies! B/c those beds are like soft clouds! In the morning, the hotel had a continental breakfast with bagels, DIY Belgian waffles, cereal etc! Yum! All of the hotel staff were sweethearts! I guess you get the hint that we enjoyed our stay! The area nearby was not so developed! But maybe in a few years it will be better. But the hotel is like five minutes from Queens Chinatown & skyview a shopping center with Applebee's, Target, etc! The highway was very close & Spa Castle was 6 minutes away! This hotel is pretty close to the airport. If you are easily awakened by airplane noise, do not stay here. The planes start at 6AM. The staff was PHENOMENAL! They helped arange transporation to and from the city and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable.

We've stayed at many Fairfield Inns. In fact, husband is a Platinum Premium Marriott Rewards member. We made this reservation via Expedia, not through Marriott's website. Maybe that's why we were assigned the smallest Fairfield Inn room that I have ever seen. Ever. 2.5 ft. of space on either side of the bed and a little bit more at the foot. The gap […] between the dresser and the corner of the bathroom wall was so narrow that a suitcase could not roll through. The a/c unit was up in the wall, and even at the lowest fan setting, it roared. I mean roared. But, we had to use it. Otherwise, the noise outside of the room was ridiculously audible from inside of our room. This place suits transit passengers well. I had no trouble in getting a free pickup/dropoff from/to LGA. The rooms are standard motel rooms, with microwave and fridge. Free complimentary breakfast at 6 AM. The frontdesk was helpful and courteous. About 10-15 minutes from LGA airport, depending on traffic. Overall recommended.

Flushing is a 3 minute drive and given the non-residential aspect of the neighborhood, parking was extremely easy. I've stayed at the Sheraton in Flushing before and I never understood why they charged so much for what they are (a convention style hotel with limited amenities). Given that this hotel is 5 minutes away from the Sheraton, if you have to stay in Queens either near Flushing or LGA, choose this over the Sheraton. I would stay here again. Read more

We didn't have any complaints. The room was clean, but the space was tight when walking around the beds, especially the one closest to the window. The free breakfast was decent. Parking wasn't bad and hotel was close (driving) to some restaurants and convenience stores, even to public transportation. We would stay here again.

We were just there for one night. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a little noisy because it was so close to the airport. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially the shuttle drivers who picked us up late at the airport and took us to the train station in the morning.
