I wanted a nice excursion for my wife and I in Mexico City. I booked another hotel on here, Hotel Sybharis (officially a dump in the projects) and just ate the room cost after arriving late. It is in a very good location if you need to do business in the Parque de la 93 area, it is more oriented for business, the amenities are very basic but useful, not for families or fun.

The room is a little dated and could use some refurbishing; but the maid service was excellent as well as front desk, concierge and doormen. Would definitely stay there again. The neighborhood is secure and there are no qualms about walking in the area.

The hotel was somewhat below my expectations. Spent two nights and during the last one, while flushing the toilet there was a gush of water + air that showered me, walls and floor. On explaining this to the administration the response wasjust a brief smily apology. Charged for unused coffee and water.

The Hotel is beautiful, tis in the best area of Mexico City, and all places around there are excellent! but, the room needs a remodelation specially the bathrooms. The grand view of Mexico City you have it in the rooms.

From the moment we entered to the time we left, the service was subpar. One would expect that a well-known hotel such as the Intercontinental would provide service with a smile and greet. Front desk was not helpful at all and the doormen, what doormen? I called to see if I can switch to a room with a better view but nothing happened. They said they […] would check to see if any rooms were availabe and call me right back but they didn't. The room itself was small and the beds were hard as a rock. Pros: In general terms, intercontinental df is a great hotek. Great location, fabulous restaurants, impecable service. The cons: it is a little bit old, but someway, "stylish" some sort of a kitshc art of late 70's. Don't miss au pie de couchon!!! Wow.

the hotel is centrally located for business and dining. the wi-fi worked only if you pay and you need to call to set up, not automatic login. wish they have provided q-tips and complimentary water bottle. will recommend to others.

This hotel is well located, but looks old, the carpet needs to be change! the beds are as hard as rock, the bath looked old, we stayed in a non smoking room but the whole bedroom smelled like cigarrets. The bedroom size is ok.The people in the reception and the concierge are very nice. We went on a day trip and when we comeback they still havent done […] the room!!! No wondeer why the smell. The hotel is old and needs to be updated. The beds are not comfortable, the mattresses were hard and the pillows and comforters could use some updating as well. Location is the best attribute as the Polanco area is wonderful and safe. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Presidente Intercontinental Hotel its a well know Hotel Chain worldwide. This Hotel its great located, surrounded by parks, restaurants and shopping centers. The only inconvenience is that the Rooms are sort of old, apart from that the Hotel has great restaurants and service.

I was very impressed with the attention to clients at El Presidente.
