"Ideal for exhibition visits"

Relexa hotel approx 9 k from the exhibition centre in a commercial area of Frankfurt. Rooms were comfortable and clean but corridors needed a bit of a repaint. Staff were excellent from the checkin desk, bar staff and retaurant staff. restaurant almost empty most nights Menu almost the same every night but there,s an excellent italian restaurant a few steps away. I would cetainly use this one again.

Heat did not work in my room for first two nights of a three night stay. Hotel appears to do a large volume of "Student Business" and as a result you can expect things to get unruly. Kids will be kids but trying to get to sleep in order to be up for a 6AM flight at Dullus was not EZ. Cell Phone coverage within the building borders on non-existant. Staff blames the cell coverage issue on surrounding embassies. The hotel charges 75 cents for a local call and long distance charges are prohibitive. Staff are friendly and courteous but lack the authority to handle even seemingly minor issues without managerial approval. I would not stay at the Jury's Normandy Inn again.
