"Great hotel for a reasonable price"
08/19/14 Lori S Yelm, Washington
We were surprised at the quality and furnishings of the room. We had a King Bed with Jacuzzi, and the room was very large and comfortable. The bed was wonderful with an assortment of comfortable pillows and fresh, soft linens. The jacuzzi was fabulous, and there were plenty of towels. The desk staff were very friendly and pleasant.

Friendly and nice front desk and house keepers! Great pool and spa! Room was very clean and perfect size. Great location, you could walk to the store and food. quiet and breakfast was hot and good, all and all great experience!
"Excellent customer service!"
The front desk staff was very helpful & friendly, we were displaced here from another hotel that had lost our booking and we were very happy with our new arrangements. The room was nice & clean, breakfast was delicious and the hotel was located near excellent shopping and restaurants!
"Excellant Customer Service"

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel and greatly appreciated Jimena's kind assistance. She really went the a long way to accommodate us. The room was fine and the breakfast very good. We are so pleased that this experience will influence our future hotel choices.
"Great experience with Twins"
08/07/14 Libbie B Puyallup, Washington
Six of us recently stayed at the Tualatin Comfort Inn and two of the guests were 20 month old twin boys. The Inn made us feel right at home and enjoyed the boys: playing with them, laughing with us over their antics and even giving them a cookie. (Mom only allowed one.) The pool was a big hit for the whole family and helped to work off the boy's excess energy. A special treat for the boys was grandma pushing them around on the luggage cart, which wasn't needed by others at the time.
"The bare minimum with some very annoying faults"
07/29/14 nikki545 Roseville, California
The place is 'ok' for cleanliness, the room we got was very large. However: 1. Dirty towel was hanging on the back of the door. 2. Key cards didn't work (not even the master) after Day 1. 3. We had a huge room, but the bed was a small queen size murphy bed (?) that folded up into the wall. It was very low to the floor, uncomfortable, and we wacked our feet on the bottom of it more than once. It also looked scuzzy behind it. 4. TV Remote didn't work. We could change the channels but the power didn't work so we got to get up to turn it on/off. Told the front desk and followed their instructions but it still didn't work and they didn't remedy the situation. Went ahead and left the TV on when we left so the housekeeper could shut it off themselves.
"Not what we expect from Choice Hotels."
07/28/14 gpeters Chicago, IL
We are long time patrons of the Choice Hotels family and frequent guests at Comfort Inns. This hotel stay was below average in comparison to our other experiences. While the facility is in good shape and the location is excellent, the service was lacking. In particular, the housekeepers failed to meet the bare minimum of making the beds, providing clean towels and replacing the toiletries. This happened on more than one occasion during our stay. We also found the attitude of the front desk staff (more than one clerk) to be indifferent at best and certainly not welcoming. Not the worst hotel experience ever, but below par - particularly for this brand.
"Very comfortable! "

Friendly and helpful staff throughout the visit! Yummy cookies at check in! The Rooms were very nice and beds were very clean and comfortable! They have a choice of soft or hard pillows on the beds. Definitely would choose this hotel again! The jacuzzi was a great added bonus! Breakfast had lots of great choices!

When we showed up they reviewed our reservation had us checking out Saturday not Sunday. And even though I had a confirmation for Fri and Sat and check out Sunday. Front desk attitude was "OH WELL" we have no other rooms available. They said special olympics in town so all booked. I think they bumped us to accommodate them. People before us must of complained that the volume button didn't work on remote... so 12 hours later we get knock on door telling us here is your remote...we never called them.
"Good Service, Bed Hard"
Like the location, service and the appearance of this hotel inside and out. Clean place. The only negative feedback was that the king bed was too hard for my taste along with that one could hear the people above quite easily. Other than that, everything one would expect for $128 stay.
