"Nice place"
Over all pretty quiet and nice clean rooms. Great Sheets!!! The parking garage is a little tight for full size trucks.

If you want or need to be in the heart of downtown Sandpoint, this is your hotel. We were attending a Festival at Sandpoint concert and this hotel was within walking distance which was why we chose it. The rooms are not special in any way and in another location and another town you'd probably pay at least 50% less. Because it is right down town, you […] can hear the traffic during the night so if you're a light sleeper you'll have trouble. The continental breakfast wasn't bad. We didn't use the pool or workout facility which may be important to other customers. Overall a fair hotel with a great location that is really overpriced. Read more
The rooms were comfortable and clean
"Very friendly"
When we checked in the desk clerk commented that were traveling with children and put us in a room 5 doors down from the pool. They were in heaven. The only down side is the A/C unit is a bit load. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location! Within blocks of the downtown area with great bars and a variety of places to eat. For the price, this is definitely the place I'd stay next time I'm in town.

Great little gem. Hotel service were attentive, even calling to make sure everything was good for us. Short walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. Would recommend.
