This hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside, the rooms look like those of a more expensive hotel. Everything was very clean, from the parking lot, lobby, fitness room, rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was complete, even though the eating area was a bit small. Front desk staff was kind and accommodating.

Hotel was ok. Pretty far from the airport. The room was kind of cold and there was only one light blanket on the bed, the quilt. It would be nice to have another blanket in the room for chillier nights. The pillows are horrible! The staff was really friendly. Nice breakfast in the morning. The only thing that really shocked us was the shuttle driver […] from the airport. He drove right by the pick up location with out even stopping. I had to run to chase him down. He said he didn't see anyone waive so he kept going. A person would think he would at least pull over and park for a couple minutes. Very strange! If you are stuck in Philly due to flight cancellations and all the hotels are booked, this one is an ok option. Next time I would try to get a little closer to the airport if possible. Read more

From the outside, this Quality Inn looked like a cheap motel, where the hotel rooms lead directly outside. In fact, the lobby is small and not impressive but the rooms are very clean and well furnished. Breakfast was complete,although the breakfast area was small and crowded. We stayed there on the way back from an event. From there I went to a local event and my wife went home for a class she takes. I put in the address of my event as the starting point for selecting this hotel, but really wanted something near the highway, which was southeast of my event, to not take my wife too far out of her way. Your website lists distances […] from entered destinations, but in this case indicating the direction would have been helpful. A cheaper hotel that I passed on was on the far side of my event from the highway. My wife and I both sleep with cpap machines. There was one outlet we could easily reach next to the night table. I have a travel thing that allows four plugs to be plugged into one outlet, so that was sufficient. The diner next to the hotel was, also, helpful, my wife and I had breakfast there before we went our separate ways. Signing up through you precludes me from getting credits in their program. Pros: Great breakfast. Our room was very clean. The front desk staff were very helpful. I called to ask if I could check out one hour late, and they had no problems with that. Also, there is a Dennye's rite next to the hotel, so if you are hungry and don't want to go looking for a place to eat, the Denny's is open 24/7. I went in not expecting much and was totally surprised. The room was very nice and very clean. The breakfast in the morning was a very nice surprise. I would definitely recommend a stay and will definitely stay again.

We arrived during a terrible thunderstorm, so in the dark - in the rain, the hotel was a little difficult to find. Had a reservation so check in was quick, desk clerk was friendly. The surrounding neighborhood looked okay. I didn't get the feel that it was a "bad" neighborhood. The room had a frig that was already cold and a microwave. Had a non-smoking […] double room. Matresses were firm but not hard. No scent of smoke in the room whatsoever. We had no problem with the free WiFi service. Even though our room was next to the vending machines and laundry facility, it was very quiet. The room was clean and the air conditioner was quiet. We didn't have time to go to the lobby for breakfast, but we stopped in for something to go. Breakfast was from 7-10 and we got there about 8. Pleasantly surprised to find a nice selection of hot and cold foods. Because of the bad weather and arriving so late, we didn't venture out to the interstate for supper and chose to go to the diner next door. Great menu, fantastic service! Food was good. The television didn't work at first. The internet never worked .... even after requesting a cable from the front desk and the inside of the room was pretty noisy. The room didn't keep out the noise from the outside. I was told by the front desk that portions of the hotel have trouble with internet service.

Room was satisfactory. We needed wi-fi during or stay. There was a problem with the hotel's server and we were told someone could fix this about 11:00 pm. We left around 9:00 the next morning and still no wi-fi in our room.
