We were originally booked for another hotel which turned out to be a flop, hotels.com service desk was able to relocate us to Ramada quickly and mostly painlessly. The location was great literally 2 blocks from Disneyland. The staff was very friendly & helpful. However, the condition of the room was lacking. Our fan in the room did not work, we told the desk that we saw mold in the bathroom. So overall not impressed with the room but the location was great. We won't stay there again.

We were very impressed. The facility was so nice & clean. The staff was friendly, always welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful. I stayed here for the Tinkerbell Half Marathon. At first I was worried of the distance to walk the morning of the race (in corrals at 4:30am). However, a ton of people walked to the race in the morning and it was a great warm up. There is a shuttle stop in front of the hotel, but walking was great. The staff was great. I was one of the first runners to pick up their bag, and the coffee wasn't ready yet. The woman at the front desk ran next door to the Holiday Inn Express and grabbed a cup for me there. So sweet! The room itself was a very spacious (2 queen guest room) and relatively quiet. I was a little disappointed in finding that there weren't any trash bags in the waste containers, the drapes needed a little dusting, the carpet had some rips in it and the pillows weren't the most comfortable in the world. We brought out 5.5 month old baby who slept in his pack and play and did wonderful. Overall, it's a great and convenient place to stay. Let's begin with the positives. The lobby and restaurant staff were very attentive. The free parking was great and very secure. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays with a festive Mickey theme. They replaced the old tube TVs with flatscreens and there was free Wifi. Upon entering the hotel lobby and then my room, I was overwhelmed by the this odor. Its the smell that results when you try to cover up a moldy, musty, or bad oily cooking smell with an extremely strong carpet deodorizer. The carpet in the room was too old and in dire need of shampooing or replacement - very 1or 2 star. I felt obligated to wear my shoes the whole time. There were grout mildew stains in the tub and the chunks of pressed wood were missing from the vanity base. Now for the breakfast. I know I shouldn't complain too much since its free, but I've stayed at less expensive hotels with better quality food. It was the same stuff EVERY DAY. Only the fruit changed and it was HORRIBLE. The watermelon chunks were mushy as if they were cut days ago and now sit in a pool of fluid while the bananas were filled with brown spots - not fresh at all. Finally, the juices were watered down to the point that they were basically flavored water. Anyhow, just for the smell, I will NEVER return to this hotel no matter how low the rate. Good: Hot Breakfast, Anaheim Resort Transportation. Bad: Not close to Anaheim Convention Center, Disneyland. No wake up calls as scheduled, front desk staff made no effort to wake up to get airport shuttle, bogus charge of $2 to book airport shuttle. Hotel not very close to Convention Center & Disneyland. Had to use the ART bus system which highly recommend […] as distances far. ART bus stops outside/nearby. Bought 5 day bus ticket on ART to get around. Hotel does not sell 5 day tickets so you have to go to another hotel. Hotel scheduled wake up call, checked twice for morning flight, but the wake up call never came. Staff made no effort to get airport shuttle as probably wanted to call one of their friends to take us in desperation to the airport and overcharge. Not a large hotel. No call from front desk nor knock on door. Shuttle driver requested staff let us know but they did not. Beware of this shady practice! I contacted management about this but never received a response. Also hotel does not simply book a reservation for the blue airport shuttle but makes you pay $2 per person upfront. Skip this and book airport shuttle yourself so can give your direct contact details and not deal with this dishonest practice. Pool outdoor, small, disappointing. Not for winter use. Best was all-you-can eat hot breakfast in an Indian restaurant downstairs. Hotel room was clean. Read more

The hotel room needed to be updated. The bed was comfortable but because of the outdated carpet and bathroom fixtures/flooring I felt the need to do a bed bug search. No bugs and I slept very well. The lobby was updated tho.
