We only stayed one night and picked it because it was the cheapest in town. The room has had some upgrades, fresh paint and the bathroom/shower area is brand new. Kinda shady location because its by the freeway but didn't have any problems and has good food choices nearby. Great choice for the price.

There was little to no heat, all while a snow storm hit the town with freezing winds and it was cold cold cold. We had to change rooms, the handle was broke on the toilet.We were unable to flush the toilet.. it was actually lying on top of the toilet. You would have thought the maid would have reported it broken when she cleaned the room.

They were cool for letting us check in about 30 mins before check in time which was nice because we were able to unload all our stuff before venturing. Quality Inn had just started thier Winter discounts and the room was wonderful for what we paid. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good, better than other hotels we stayed at on this trip. Would stay there again.

The structural condition of the building itself was in bad shape. In Places where the climate control units had bed repaired or replaced the dry-wall or sheet-rock looks terrible! The breakfast room looked like a bomb went off. The TV remote didn't work.

We needed a place close to the highway on a trip that took us through Flagstaff. The good side: the hotel was close to the highway. The room was dirty, linen was stained, there were a total a four electrical outlets excluding the one by the sink. Two by the desk, (which was broken) ran the light over the desk and the TV. Two on the night stand that […] ran the clock radio and the light. Which means your PC, phone, plug in where?!! The front desk staff member was brusk and greeted me by saying he had no rooms on the first floor, before he said "Hello" "What's your name" He was particularly rude to a European couple that was ahead of me. I stayed here two nights because it was very affordable and convenient to the Little America resort where my meeting was being held. But this is a very rundown property with broken cement sidewalks, rickety wooden stairs. They were stingy with the courtesty soap, allocating 1 bar for the sink and the shower/bathtub, but then they threw the partially […] used bar away and replaced it with a brand new one -- wasteful. The "deluxe" breakfast was served in a dingy room that only had enough chairs for about half of the spots at the tables. I came about 30 minutes from the end of the breakfast and cereal was strewn all over the service area. There was only one poor fellow trying to service the room and he couldn't keep up with refilling the scrambled eggs, bread, potatoes, etc. Generic cereal in dispensers, dry scrambled eggs, weak coffee -- every screamed cheap. Better to serve a higher quality continental breakfast than mislead your clientele. This hotel is a bad representation of the Quality Inn brand. I'll be hesitant to stay at another Quality Inn, regardless of price. Read more

The location is not great, next to the highway and many other small hotels. We arrived earlier than 3pm and were told to come back later because the room wasn’t clean. Once we got there later we were given a room that faced a parking lot and was noisy from the highway traffic. We asked to have a different room with a view towards the pool and was told […] to come back a later on. Came back around 3:30, we were tired at that point, but we got a clean, much nicer room than the first one. The pool was heated and clean. The room itself looked good upon entering, although it was smaller than a normal small hotel room with two beds in it. Bedding was better than a cheap motel and nice pillows. Carpet seemed clean and good. Bathroom vanity was large and had coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, hangars and rod. That was all good. The air conditioner, when turned to "fan" mode, […] smelled like vomit. Literally. The TV had no remote. Free Wireless worked for all of a half an hour. Not sure how they cut us off, but it was suspicious and disappointing. Several calls about it got us nowhere. They said too many people were using it - not true. The fan in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling by a wire and was a little disturbing. The tub faucet pulled completely off the wall when turning on the water. The shower had good pressure and the water temp varied in a cyclical manner that was strange but not horrible. The pool was awesome. Heated, clean and had nice lounge furniture. It was really great. They certainly don't like to make available the hand towels they call pool towels, but front desk will hand them out if you ask. And the ice machine was broken during half the stay - not sure why they only had one ice machine for such a large motel, but that really stunk. The breakfast was more than adequate and actually better than expected - good selection and free. I personally don't like hotels that allow dogs and there were everywhere at this place. Kinda made me sick. Walking distance to Outback and Cracker Barrel. I won't stay here again. Read more

Our room was clean, but small. The main complaint that we had was that the shower did not work in our room and the water temp on the controls was backward, and my hand got scalded from the hot water. We had to take a bath in the morning. The bed was ok, but the feather pillows were hard to sleep on. I probably would not stay there again.
