"NO COMPLAINTS"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 6, 2012
I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.
"great experience"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay

"good location for Town Ballroom events"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Although we didn't spend very much time at the hotel, the staff called to see if we needed anything and they delivered. The beds were comfy, bathroom roomy and nice TV. The free breaky the next morning was good and better than most others I have had.

Big attractions accompany the big falls experience in Canada. Fallsview Indoor Water Park, one of the continent’s largest, sits at the foot of the Rainbow Bridge. Nearby, MarineLand Canada features killer and beluga whales. Gamblers can chose between Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino Resort, one of Canada’s largest. On a clear day, visitors can see Toronto atop the 520-foot Skylon Tower.

"Great Location"
Very nice location, walking distance to the boat tour, bird kingdom, maid of the mist and sky wheel. Room was nice and spacious. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance. Parking was free, but the front desk said only for this month. Breakfast was bad, they had nothing but bread and bagel. No eggs, or fruits. Other than that, definitely would recommend […] this place due to the convenience of its location!! Read more
"Excellent location and a lot of amenities!"
This hotel is located a half block away from Clifton Hill, which is the major tourist area of Niagara Falls. My room was in the tower (a newer addition), which is where the main lobby and front desk are located. My room was immaculately clean, well-equipped with a refrigerator, closet and plenty of storage space. Best of all the room was HUGE compared […] to other room sizes of hotels in this category. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were cushy, the rug was plush, the furniture was high end and the bathroom was bright and clean. Our room had two queen beds, a round dinning table with 2 chairs, a desk and an armoire. I don't know if this is the criteria for the rooms in the original part of the hotel. This hotel offers a small fitness room. Everything looked operable and newer. The indoor pool complex is large. The pool was slightly heated. The hot tub was hot. There are tables in the area, but only upright chairs. I’d prefer a lounge chair. There is plenty of space in the complex so a sauna would have fit perfectly in an alcove. The breakfast offerings include various breads and bagels, instant oatmeal, cereals, and danishes. This was sufficient and definitely saved us about $30 per day. Waffles or eggs and fresh fruit would be a nice addition to their continental breakfast.. This hotel was more than what I expected in every aspect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You will not be disappointed if you stay here during your trip. Read more
"Days Inn on Centre St Niagara Falls On-"
Stayed for two nights due to a family members passing. Had all my family stay at the same place. We all were very pleased with every thing about the Hotel. Very comfortable and great priced.
"Great deal for the price"
Stayed in N.F. Numerous times over the years and would have to say this is the best deal for the price. Will most certainly stay there again. Only two issues, the breakfast area is extremely small for the hotel.... Wouldn't be too bad if it was better designed, ie. put a second coffee and muffins area in the lobby area so that those only wanting these […] items, do not congest the line up and table area. Second issue is the doors are poorly insulated for sound. All hallway noise can be heard. Read more

...the hot tub in the pool area is no longer available
"Hotel close Niagara Falls, Canadian side"
Super hotel seems a brand new or just renovated. Great stuff, very valueable complimentary breakfast, indoor pool. Huge parking lot. Very close to Niagara Falls and bridge to USA. Highly recomended hotel, for these money you won't be dissapointed!
"nice hotel close to everything"
I enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Nice stuff, clean, free (basic) breakfast. Only concern was that my room was on the first floor facing the parking lot and ergo the parking lot facing me. Otherwise satisfied.
"Hotel Stay Days Inn Niagara Falls"
The lay out of the hotel is very confusing when first checking in. The front desk was not helpful with this information. The jacuzzi did not work and that was a big disapointment. The free breakfast was average. The carpet and hotel has a run down feel to it.

"Days Inn & Suites by the Falls"
The location is great, very close to the Falls and the attractions. The breakfast is OK. The frontdesk is welcoming and polite. The hotel is a bit old. The shower curtain was broken, so the bathroom floor was wet after shower.

"DAys Inn Niagra Canada Centre Street"
loved the experience the hotel staff were great and the location was perfect close walking to the Falls and restuarants
"Days Inn & Suites - Simple, Affordable, Clean"
Our family of four stayed here on a Thursday and Friday night. We were looking for clean and affordable and this is what we received. The hotel, while a little threadbare and in need of a renovation, was clean every day. We found the staff to be very helpful. A bonus to our room was an entertainment unit that held the TV on one side and a microwave, […] coffee maker, refrigerator on the other side. This was helpful to us as we have allergies in our family and have to travel with our own food. There is also a little table and chair set in the room which was perfect for our kids to eat at. The hotel offered free parking which is a big plus in Niagara Falls. We were just down the street from the main falls viewing area. In the morning, there was a continental breakfast where all of our four tastes were satisfied. Each night the kids got to swim in the pool, but be advised, it does not open until 6pm. Over all, we got what we paid for. This is not a fancy hotel, but if you're looking for a clean place every night that is in your budget, with a free breakfast, a pool, and free parking, this is the place for you. Read more
"Days Inn at the Falls-would do in a pinch..."
We had a problem with our reservations at a different hotel in Niagara,Canada and ended up at the Days Inn. The location was convenient and the staff was helpful...the continental breakfast on the other hand, not worth having and the beds were incredibly hard!!!! Also the pool/hot tub were a bit of a joke...we only stayed 2 nights, if staying for a […] longer period of time I would not recommend...for a short stay it worked! Is within walking distance of the Falls and local attractions. Read more
"Quiet and convenient for the right price"
Room was basic but good. Location is perfect. Wold return and recommend.
Price was great and convenience to all attractions of Niagara Falls was excellent.
"Days Inns on Centre Street Niagra Falls"
LOVED IT!!! Our room was clean and very quiet and walking distance to all of the attractions. Room service even arranged the childrens animals and toys each day. Great continental breakfast of breads, bagels, cereal, juice and coffee. Will definitely stay again the next time we visit.
"Niagara Falls"
The room was good. The only thing was the customer service person was not the best and hard to understand.
"comfort and clean"

I had a 1 night stay and thought this hotel was a great value. The area looked a little sketchy at first, but the hotel turned out to be really nice and clean inside. It was a short walk to all of the attractions on Clifton HIll and to the falls. I would definitely stay here again the next time I go to Niagara Falls.
"niagra falls"
I was only staying the night so no complaints about location or acess thro to toronto. breakfast was busy and very basic,,un imaganative older hotel no frills

"Vacation"
The location for my vacation was gerat and the cost was reasonable but the room was VERY SMALL.
"Days Inn Niagara Falls"
Very convenient to the entertainment section of Clifton Hill. Very cooperative at check in when we wanted a different room. Room fine, but towels were one step above sand paper. Free parking a plus in that area.
The hotel was ok. the location was great walking distance to everything but being so close to all the attractions the parking lot gets full very fast.
"OK Hotel"
Hotel was relatively inexpensive, and within walking distance of falls attractions. The room interior and decor was dated and was very small (1 queen bed). The free breakfast of bread, bagels, muffins and apples is set up very poorly as the line was very long and moved extremely slow (at least 20 min to get your food). I didn't interact with the staff […] too much, but they were friendly and helpful enough when I did. Read more
"Days Inn and Suites Niagara Falls"
Everything was satisfactory or better, they need to improve their breakfast to include at least eggs or bacon.
"Family Vacation -"
Good points: Convieniently located to most Clifton hill attractions. Parking is available, however the lot gets filled up at night. They do serve breakfast. They clean the room each day. The air-conditioner worked, so did the hot water. Bad Points: The room appeared to be clean, but switching on the lights brought out a flurry of insects that freaked […] the kids. There is an indoor pool, but it is more like a communal watering hole. Its too crowded, you might get to dip yourself , but thats it. You get to swim, but in your own tears. The stench of chorine is too owerpowering. There is a phone in the room, but they charge you for local calls There is a refrigerator in the room, but missing all the controls. They are no sockets to plug in your devices(Cell phones or laptops). There are two hidden behind the beds, hard to reach into. The mattresses, beds were really old and stained Overall it was a good stay, just because of the location and the fact you spent most of your time outside. Read more
"Ok Hotel"
If you do not want to spend a lot of money and you just want a place to sleep, this is a good choice. Right in the limit of Niagara Falls attractions, but still close to everything.

"At a good location."
The reason I gave it a 3 stars is because it is close to many attractions and about a ten minute walk to see the falls. However, to get to the horseshoe falls, it takes a good twenty minutes. Our room smelled, was muggy and had lots of hair in the bathroom. Breakfast line was at least 20 deep every morning. If it weren't for location and price, I […] would not stay here agian. Read more
"Hotel in Niagara falls"
Great location, Free Breakfast was a joke! Good price, but old hotel.
"my stay in days inn"
not like at all,the breakfast was cheap, not cleanning the rooms well, the location is good.
The hotel is an easy walk to all area attractions. You can avoid the high cost of parking. Would highly recommend this hotel.

"Tolerable"
The accommodations were OK. It is what we expected. For the price, we got a decent hotel, good access to falls, free parking and continental breakfast. Inexpensive hotels aren't the greatest and expensive hotels aren't cheap. Don't complain.
The price was good for the hotel and close to all the Niagara attractions.
"You get what you pay for"
Rates were "great" for a fairly decent location. Upon arrival the clerk could not tell us enough times about their no smoking policy. Their priority should be to remind guests to be courteous to others - our rooms were right next to what we dubbed "the party room". Younger fellows consuming cases of beer and arguing in the halls each night - well into […] the morning hours. The rooms smelled of dirty feet and were on the shabby side, but otherwise appeared fairly clean. Calls regarding TV issues were answered promptly, but never amended. Thankfully it was just a quick weekend trip to meet up with friends and that we've been to Niagara Falls a few times prior (with much better hotel stays at other places), otherwise this hotel would have made our trip awful. "It's a two star hotel."
From the outside you can tell it's a two star hotel. Free parking is a positive. The free breakfast, well, if you like the very basics of bagels and toast you'll love it. The room is absoultly two star quality. The hotel location is great, however, I will stay somewhere else next time. I'll gladly pay an extra $20 per night to stay in a better room […] . Read more

"Nice hotel really close to the Falls"
This was our first stay at this hotel. We had made reservations for a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch. When we got to the room it was missing the pull out coach. The staff took care of the problem immediately and moved us to the correct room in seconds. Besides this little mishap, the hotel was comfortable, clean and spacious with free […] parking. The walk to Clifton Hill was literally 5 mins and about a 10 min walk to the Falls. The location and proximity to the Falls is really the selling point. The hotel was far enough from Clifton Hill to avoid the loud noises and lights, but close enough to visit the excitement. Read more
"DON'T BOOK ONLINE!"
I had booked using hotels.com - whom said 'only 2 rooms left' so I quickly booked! Got to the hotel at midnight - was upgraded x2 (to a suite) because they hotel was partially filled at best!! Also, if I would have booked directly through them I could have gotten the SAME room cheaper! I reccomend calling the hotel directly and seeing if there is a […] better price! The staff was very friendly and it's in a GREAT location! I def. Recommend staying at the Days inn and Suites. Read more

"Clean hotel close to everything"
The hotel is 1 block from the intersection of Victoria and Centre so it is close to anything that you might want to do in Niagara Falls. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We did not have a chance to use the pool but it looked fine. Breakfast was very crowded and there were no eggs of any kind. But there is a very nice eating area down […] the hall, away from most of the crowd, that is has glass walls and access to the patio. Read more
