Close to interstate, resturants, shopping. Friendly front desk staff. Didn't try the breakfast as the conference I was attending included breakfast. Would stay here again.

This was a very nice hotel with a excellent pool/ hot tub area. Lots of food choices near by as we'll as shopping. Only complant was water in shower was hard to regulate from cold to warm and not very hot at all. I would f recommend this hotel and stay here again myself

The hot tub was broken and nobody would acknowledge it, even when we directly confronted the front desk. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was great. Enjoyed having two queens instead of just doubles.

We enjoyed our stay, did think they were a little under staffed. The person who was at the front desk was also the one who made sure you had your stuff for breakfast.Didn't keep the cups, and bowls stocked very well.

When we first got to our room, it had not been cleaned. We went to the front desk and he was genuinely appalled and immediately made a change. In the morning we had to leave very early for a sporting event, and the front desk allowed us to eat breakfast a little early so that we could make court time. Will stay there again!

As always my stay was very pleasant. I stay here because of the location, friendly staff, rates, and ease of booking. I was met with a friendly welcome and hot cookies. Overall things were very good. But, the shower ran out of hot water. I reported this and was told that the hotel was full so probably that was the reason that there was a shortage of hot water. But don't you design the water system for a hotel to be full?

I stayed at this hotel at the beginning and end of a two-week trip, with five other hotels in between. Only at this location was I reminded that my credit card was required for "damages." Both desk clerks used the term: one said "damages," and the other "incidentals and damages." Staff at the other hotels either used "incidentals" or didn't mention […] the reason, probably assuming--correctly--a seasoned traveler who knew the drill. This is not a small matter: Management obviously has instructed the desk clerks on terminology. The emphasis on "damages" suggests a fearful, suspicious owner whose worries help account for the bored unfriendliness of the desk staff, whom I appropriately term "clerks." Read more

Desk clerk should be trained on customer communication. I was asked for my credit card "to cover any damages." White seventy-year-olds rarely do damage. In addition, we are smart enough to know that a credit card may be required at check-in; there is no need for the warning. The hotel is what you would expect for the price and star rating. However, we requested a non-smoking room and the room (which had the non-smoking logo on the door) smelled like someone had just recently smoked a pack cigarettes in it (I am not sensitive to this either... it was very overpowering). When we confronted the front desk about the issue, […] we were given a can of air freshener. This did not fix the issue... just made the room smell like air freshener and cigarettes. We left the room for 2 hours... left the windows open and it was still horrible when we returned. It also still smelled the next morning when we woke up and checked out. The hallways also had a very strange smell to them that made me feel sick. Staff helped out best they could and were very friendly (hotel was booked full). Breakfast was good and the location is good as well. The hot tub was not hot when we tried to use it. Id have been very satisfied with this hotel had it not been for the smoking issue. we arrived a day early ...the suite we stayed in was unclean(body hair in tub on walls and on and around the toilet)at check out next day we complained and was told that our suites we reserved would be (personally inspected.We returned that evening,checked in got same room...still covered in hair.Very disapointed.Hung our suit bag in closet the rack […] was broken. The room was spacious and the hotel clerks were very cordial. Breakfast was ok variety of different items to choose. My stay was quite comfortable and this is the place I usually stay when in the area.For the money this was an exceptional place. Stayed in a newer Country Inn & Suites and it was great but this one was 12 yrs old so I wasn't expecting the same level of service but was just as good.Very comfortable and I was able to upgrade to a suite for a small fee. We love the checkout time of noon and the price was average and severice was excellent. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

Well before booking I read all the reviews. Most were good, with the exception of one. I should have listened because it was right on the money accurate. If you need a place to sleep, get off the road, then quickly move on it's ok. We stayed for several nights. The room had a terrible odor, couch was dirty, the air/heat unit did not work properly, needs […] update badly, and I would not stay again. The breakfast; well, the room was packed with people, food ran out so quickly it was useless to even try. So guys spend a little more, go across the street to Holiday Inn Express ! Upon arrival the staff service was phenomenal, but considering we stayed 6 days, 5 nights we were disappointed that the staff barely spoke to us after our initial check-in. In fact, we left every morning and returned every evening with 4 of those days encountering no one at the front desk at all. Even the manager upon check-out spoke less than 5 sentences […] to us and didn't ask how our stay was. Otherwise our visit was comfortable. Our room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping did a wonderful job during our visit. The hotel's breakfast was superb in selection of breakfast goodies from cold cereals to breads, muffins, hot sausages, hash browns, eggs, oatmeal, juices & a make-your-own-waffle station. However, if you're a extreme light-sleeper then you may have issues with I-70 running next to the hotel. Not a bad stay for singles, couples or families. Just don't expect out-going or attentive staff (excluding house keeping). Read more

Clean, well-run hotel with very friendly and helpful front-desk staff. It was a pleasure to stay and I would strongly recommend to others. The indoor swimming pool is long enough to be able to swim laps. Having only 3 floors assisted in having short waits for the elevator.
