the only reason i did not rate comfort of the room higher is because of being awakened by garbage trucks (or something similar) at 4 in the morning. don't get me wrong, the room was very nicen and comfortable. but the noise outside at 4 in the morning would make me not consider staying there again.

Hotel was nice but needs better maintenance upkeep, I was a chief engineer for Residence inn and am aware of the conditions that effect you on a daily bases, the crispness of the rooms was not quite there allitle more attention to detail and quicker response to customer needs or requests. (Follow Thru) ie: I called and asked for a phone book which was […] not in room I had to call back after 45 minutes to ask again someone had taken it to the wrong room so they did get it to me just that follow thru was not there. Everything was great except the room air conditioning unit was too loud. Some kind of furnace is located near bed area, so that loud humming noise was annoying.
