The motel was clean and neat. Amenities were a nice addition; breakfast and a drink, along with Wi-Fi, microwave, frigde, coffee maker, TV and air conditioning. The Best Western Plus is very nice. We had a 2 room whirlpool room. It's more like one room with half a wall. I expected a door between the rooms. The room was nice and VERY clean. I have stayed in whirlpool rooms before, ans always got sick before leaving and then it turned into pneumonia. With means there prob. was mold growing in them. This was a […] plesant trip and so happy I didn't get sick. The heated pool was really nice. Usually heated pools are still freezing that only kids go in them. There were alot of adults in the pool, witch is a good sign. I would love to stay here again when I'm in town. Read more

The location of the hotel was close to the event in which we were attending, but the neighborhood was nothing to "write home" about. However, the hotel itself was amazing! Suggest that bar atmosphere could be umproved by vhanging the channel on teh TV or adding music to the bar. On the evening that I was there the bar had twelve oil field worker sin attendance. If television would have had on sports or more appropriate channel(it had on Extra - chick programming) it would have livened things up a bit.

Location: not a lot to choose from in Bradford, so it's OK Comfort: Softer bed than the Comfort Inn, however I'd still stay at the Comfort Inn. Conditions: This is a hotel that doesn't understand non-smoking and allergic reactions. First, a lesson in physics about smoke rising would be in order. Secondly, it doesn't stay "in the room", air moves throughout […] the facility. Third, when people state they have allergies with cigarette smoke which contains feline urea (cat wiz), it means there is a possibility the person can go into anaphylactic shock and need immediate emergency care. As a business, consider the cost of a lawsuit versus proper planning of smoking versus not in today's USA. Redo your plan for smoking/non-smoking rooms. Yes, smoking was one item on the main floor, separated from the non-smoking section by a corner in the hallway. Top it off with drunken oil field workers paying more than the normal price for a hotel in the area, and you are getting the picture... Families would be MUCH better off across the road at the Comfort Inn, the staff is better there, they do their utmost to help and offer anything they can. I stayed at both hotels during my visit the week before Christmas, I can heartily suggest going to anyplace other than this hotel. Read more

Only problem was the bathtub faucets, were messed up. it was a great hotel and will stay there again! very clean and the breakfast was delicious, too! It had snowed for 2 days so the parking lot was plowed and the sidewalks were salted = great!!

the address for your NAV is 100 S. Davis not 100 Davis. Aside from that little blip the hotel was nice and room very clean. Supermarket next door, and McDonalds close. I will stay there again.

Stayed here on a busy Friday night....there was a class reunion and a military gathering as well...the rooms were excellent...breakfast was for kings and queens...I mean REAL eggs and homefries. Excellent service all around....will stay here again!

Unfortunately we had to experience showering in a rising tub of water. The water would not drain. I reported the drainage problem the first time when we were ready to go out, maintenance came and just looked at the tub, by that time water did drain. Hotel did not offer another room. I had to report the problem again later that same day (night time) […] and again by the time maintenance came the water went down. I did not like the idea of showering in water. The staff were really nice and helpful, they gave you whatever you needed, my son left his toothbrush at home they gave him toothpaste, brush everyday for the three nights. Breakfast was hot and enough variety. Nice and clean hotel. Location is great, it is walking distance to everything.

This Hotel is very convenient to the University of Pitt-bradford. It is affordable and clean. The restaurant is affordable and pleasant. The food is good. The staff is pleasant. We don't understand why none of the bathrooms have fans in the bathroom. this is inconvenient for guests who have more than one person in a room and have to share the bathroom […] for showers and the toilet. The first time we stayed in was pouring rain and the room leaked. they immediately moved us to another room and all was well. There were other parts of the hotel that had leak problems as well. Since then they have made improvements and saw no signs of leaks and did pour rain before we left. Would not recommend. They boast their breakfast and require a ticket; however, it is aweful! "Hot breakfast" consists of nasty eggs and off-brand ketchup. The rooms are dated and dingy. Been to this hotel a number of times and never disappointed. Service is good, facility is excellent since renovations and they are motorcycle friendly. Many ground floor rooms on the outside have hall and outdoor access which is great for loading and unloading.

Hotel was OK. Rooms were clean and a good size. Bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast, both hot and cold, was available. Every staff member was friendly and very helpful. Only negative point was the town, which had nothing going for it all.
