Our room was on the street side - our friends were on the river side and those rooms had been renovated. Our room had a bit of a moldy smell and on the first night our AC would not work so we opened the window. The hotel fixed the AC the next day but that resulted in a fishy odor coming into the room. So, we opened the window again and a short time later security came to our room and asked us to close and lock the window. After the AC ran for a few minutes the smell went away. Room was very out of date. TV services could be improved. Need in room WiFi. Restaurants not so great. Gambling good.

Being greeted like that just killed our total experience with the hotel. You should find out who checked us in and have a long talk with them. They should be very happy to see people checking in. Thank you.

This hotel is located at the southern part of the casino strip but is walking distance to all of the others (when the temperature is comfortable). Have stayed at all of the hotels and this one compares relatively the same to all of the others so if you are looking for a place to stay for a lower price this is just fine. Had a riverfron room which was nice. The only problem is that we requested a king sized bed but got two queens. But that was trivia compared to the rest which was good.

I was there with my girlfriend and 3 other couples and we all got our own room and I think it was GREAT! They were nice enough to get us all on the same floor upon request at check in. The room was not to modern and I think the restroom could have been a little more clean but over all it is a great deal! I have stayed at other hotels in Laughlin and paid more for pretty much the same thing. Also the Players club specials are GREAT when dinning! Their might be slightly nicer hotels but for the price and amount of time spent in the room you can't beat it!

The hotel was easy to get around and the food deals were pretty great deals. I suggest getting a player's club card-it's free and saves you loads of money on meals. Hotel staff was friendly. The hotel seems a little older but didn't bother me any.

Had to call maintenance twice to get toilet to flush. Room was not cool enough. 118 degrees outside. Buffet was barely edible. Coffee shop had major ceiling leak during breakfast. Hard to get a drink at the bars due to poor staffing. The entire hotel seemed understaffed. Had a great view of the river from room. Hotel was central to other casinos and attractions. Our stay was for 3 nights and on the second night our card keys stopped working. i went to the lobby for another key and there was a very long line, i proceded to the VIP lounge where there was no wait, the lady said she could not help me because her card machine had been removed, i have been to other VIP lounges and yes she could have helped me, I am sure that if i were a VIP guest i would been able to recieve card keys there, if i was a VIP she would have not had me wait in that long line for keys, this lady just did not have good customer service skills, i proceeded to the long line where people were checking in, there were only 2 hotel clerks checking people in, i waited one half hour to get a set of new room keys. This was an inconvenience i should not have had to go through. Other than that, the rest of our stay was an average stay.
