Hotel located right on Lake Como..very beautiful view. Loved the free breakfast in the darling restaurant overlooking the lake.

I had to have a boarding pass printed and the clerk was extremely helpful when there was a malfunction in the printer. He went out of his way to make sure I had the boarding pass. I was impressed with his desire to make sure I was taken care of.

"Somewhere over the...."
It wasn't the best stay, however for the price & for the last min reservations it worked out quite well. as an added treat there was a tatoo parlor right next door.
"Current owners provide a clean, comfortable room"
We last stayed at this motel 14 years ago. I'm not sure when the current owners took over, but it's obvious they have worked hard to make improvements. Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The bathroom fixtures are definitely vintage, but go with the right attitude and you'll find them quaint. We will stay there again if we are in the area, […] and recommend it. Read more

I've never stayed in a motel and if I can help, I never will again. If you don't care about cleanliness and don't mind stains on everything, then you'll love it. If you don't watch TV or want to use the "free" internet that doesn't exist, then you'll be good. If the only reason you got a room here is because it's the only hotel/motel in the city of […] Burlington and you don't plan to be there except to sleep, then it serves the purpose pretty well. But if you want a "nice" room, go to Lake Geneva and spend the money. Read more
"Needs Improvement"
The pool had algae on the bottom. There weren't that many channels to choose from on the T.V. Plus almost every channel had static on it, which made it hard to hear what was on each show. Had to wait for the fridge to get cool before we put anything in it. No microwave in the room. The plumbing wasn't all that good. i.e. flushed toilet a couple times. "needs improvement"
the man checking us in was very friendly and informative. Airconditioner didn't work at all in one of the rooms. Swimming pool was covered with scum on the bottom.
"Sucks"
Price is too high for the room. Taking advantage of PRICE, as this is the only motel in the area unfortunately for us.
