This is the second time I have stayed here. The place is not too bad. The rooms are comfortable but the floor carpets are nasty. They need a real good cleaning. The customer service was great. While it is a low budget hotel, it's cleaner than most. Could use a makeover, but not shabby or falling apart. Just somewhat dated. But, I would stay there again.

Rooms were older and need some deep cleaning (behind the bed and tv) along with some shampooing of the carpets. The employees were friendly and helpfull and the breakfast and popcorn in the evening was a nice touch. Will stay there again if traveling to Jacksonville.

It was nice that it had a kitchenette in it (full size fridge and microwave), even a oven toaster. Mattress was too firm and they could have irons and blow-dryers. Price and location were a plus.

This is a typical old hotel, but for an overnight stay for work purposes, it is what I paid for. Staff was very down home welcoming everyday. They had a free dinner on Wed. night that I was unable to attend, but sounded delicious. There was even free fresh popped popcorn every night in the lobby.

It is pretty straight, right next to a nice gas station. Rooms are nice for what you pay. I would suggest bring an extra pillow because theres are not very fluffy, I would recommend it, pretty solid stay.

The Hospitality Inn is a great bargain for an urban location. While we were initially troubled when we discovered and all-night service station about 50 yards from our door, it turned out to be a non-issue. The noise level was acceptable for an urban location and it was very convenient. Will return.
