"Bona Fide Value"
The hotel is conveniently located across the Cumberland from downtown. The direct vicinity is not the most scenic, but it was safe (just kind of desolate/industrial). However, you could walk across the Jefferson Bridge and be at Broadway and 2nd (heart of bar district, probably 20 minutes). Also, it was very easy to get taxi service using either Uber […] or Lift applications (we waited no more than 6 minutes). Since you really have to drive to get anywhere in Nashville, even if you are staying downtown, the hotel's location was well worth the price. Our hotel room was quiet and clean. Mini fridge and microwave were useful amenties. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
It was easy to reach by car with lots of parking and only a 30min walk to downtown. The surrounding area is warehouses, but it is near the stadium and a major road so it seemed safe. At the very least it was well-lit at night. Breakfast was simple but ok. Our only problem was that people had screwed up the waffle machines and the front-desk guy just […] came in, looked at it, said something like people didn't spray it and left. We're not sure if it got fixed or not. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Simple place, as expected for the price. Overall it was clean, in a good location and good value for money. The bed was surprisingly comfortable!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Stay was ok"
Going into this I didnt have extremely high expectations because compared to other downtown hotel this price was great. The room was pretty nice. Beds very comfortable. If you want to walk to downtown this is NOT the hotel to stay in. The neighborhood is rather run down but just for a quick trip to Nashville if was fine.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Can't be the price or location from LP Field and downtown Nashville. Nothing fancy but it's a place to lay your head and save some coin.Genuine Expedia guest review
It was ok for an overnight stay during a road trip.it is near downtown.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Wasnt overly thrilled with the stay. Room was in need of repair, reeked of smoking (no smoking room). Was never cleaned. Just a basic bed to sleep in, that is all.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"cheap and did the job!"
Stayed overnight with my wife, mom in law and brother inlaw. Wife is a fuzz pot but even she didnt complain base on cost. Nearby train tracks horn is infequent but annoying. Hotel .com site said roll out bed on offer but hotel do NOT offer this. So watch out! Free car park and breakfast (consist of hardboil eggs, waffles, cereal, coffeee). Did the job […] and so close to Broadway! Will use again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
It was horrible. Doors didn't lock. Then got a call in the middle of the night by someone claiming to be the manager. Telling us our vehicle had been broken into. It had not. When called the front desk they weren't concerned at all that it had happened. We checked out.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Had a great trip. Hotel was close to place we were going so taxi ride was cheap...that's always nice :) will def be back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Fair deal for the price"
I had to stay for a week for business purposes. Overall it's a good place for the price, and the rooms were clean and in good condition. But there was a lot of noise, especially from the parking lot and the highway. The breakfast selection is pretty basic but again OK for the price. Not much in the local area in the way of places to eat.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"worst experience ever!"
I rented 1 room for myself and 2 extra rooms for my guest, manager refused to place my phone call to them as I protested he called police on me saying that I was a trouble maker, police acted properly by saying that I had the right to ask for the phone call but couldn't force mgr otherwise of is a good hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

This hotel is like a mile from downtown so not that far. There is nothing much to do around the hotel I think. Hotel is kind of okay but they have a fridge, microwave, free wifi and parking which is really nice. They didn't have a lot of variety for their breakfast but overall I would recommend this hotel if you don't mind staying a little away from […] downtown. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Perfect for My Needs"
As a single female, my main concern was safety. I never saw the security guard, but I felt safe enough to walk the half block to the bus that runs to downtown. Also a short $8 taxi ride from downtown. Like other reviews, this place was basic, nothing fancy. The staff at check in was very friendly, had a great chat about holidays and Christmas shopping. […] Peaceful, fairly quiet, had a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, and desk. The shower head was less than awesome, but otherwise can't complain. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"It's Close, Cheap, but never do it again!"
We spent one night at this hotel. It was close to downtown $6-$9 cab ride, but the hotel is super outdated. I expected that, but I did not expect to see so much trash in the pathways to get to our room, and a pile of vomit we had to walk past that was there from 6pm that night until we left at 10am next morning. The bathroom grout and caulking was molding […] and the tub did not drain any water what so ever. You also have to walk to the lobby before the hotel calls for a cab and you have to walk outside to get back to main lobby cannot drive. Beds were comfortable. I stayed because I wanted something cheap and close to Broadway. I got what I asked for, but it is well worth the money to just spend a little more somewhere else. "You get what you pay for"
The best thing about the room was the cleanliness especially the bathroom. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable but sheets and towels fresh. The grounds were dirty and rundown and location not so great but it was cheapest hotel close to Bridgestone Arena. Continental breakfast not worth it so go out to eat.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nothing good to say"
Not a friendly staff, not helpful, and the hotel and room were not clean.Genuine Expedia guest review
Would have had a great experience, but the lobby employee was a complete piece of work. Not only did he allow someone into my room that wasn't staying with us, he was mind blown as to why I was completely upset. A stranger was allowed into my room, with all of my belongings, and I found this out only upon arriving home. The absolute reuse at and useless […] customer service I have ever gotten. "Convenient Location, Close to LP Field"
We were in town for the Titans vs Colts game. Hotel very easy to find, right off the exit. Hotel very convenient (walking distance) to LP Field. Besides that just a typical low to mid-grade chain hotel accommodations. Stay away from the Shoneys we made that huge mistake, absolutely disgusting!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to LP Field"
It is right next to the interstate and gas station. Only a short cab ride to broadway. The neighborhood doesn't seem the best, but we were two girls staying there by ourselves and we were fine. The staff was polite and knew our names when we walked in the door. The breakfast was a waffle maker, toast, cereal and apples.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Depends on what you need . . ."
I loved staying at the Knights Inn. It was walking distance the Titans stadium and downtown or a $12 cab fare. We were only in our rooms to sleep and the rooms are simple. The only complaint I would have is that I had a non-smoking room that stunk of smoke! If you just need a place to sleep and you are really here to enjoy the city, I would highly recommend […] it - it was very cheap! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"close enough to where I wanted to go"
Nicest trap-house looking hotel Ive ever stayed at. We rolled up to some kind of crime scene next door at the gas station, and were greeted by a man who gave me the keys and all night every time we left there was a lurking security guard in the parking lot. Theres a 24 hour truck stop restaurant close by and the 5-points neighborhood is hip and close […] by enough to bike...if you are used to biking up hills. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Overall not bad"
It was a last minute booking. Upon arriving, the attendant at the counter was a little rude to others in my party (I used my card/information to book the room) & less than helpful. He advised "security would be coming around to verify we only had 4 people in the room" - no one ever checked, but it seemed a little odd to me. The location is a little […] rough, but a quick cab ride to fun areas. ****HUGE hassle to get out of the parking lot on a Sunday due to the ginormous church across the side street directing their parking. I was looking for an inexpensive place to sleep for a few days and this is exactly what I got. The room was clean and did exactly what it was supposed to. "Close to Children's Vanderbilt"
I thought the hotel was very nice, considering the price, it was cozy and comfortable. There were only a couple of things that I wasn't all too pleased with... the complimentary breakfast ended at 9 am... that is when most people eat breakfast, so I missed out on that. The other thing was the shower head in the bathroom was like taking a shower with […] a fire hose! It felt like it was beating my skin off! At least I was good and pressure washed clean!! If you are looking for a decent hotel (and a cheap price) to crash in after a night on Broadway then this is the hotel. If you are looking for luxury you need to cross the street to the Days Inn. "Comfortable and Convienent"
First time staying in the Downtown Nashville area. Came in for a festival. All true downtown hotels were booked, and Knights Inn was the next best one. It was convient still for Downtown because cabs seem to make regular runs to there to bustle guests downtown. Cab ride for 3 people was only ~$8 (be sure and tip though!), which was well worth it. You'll […] waste time and probably more money roaming around downtown trying to find a parking spot. It is also not too far to walk to downtown-granted you wear reliable and comfortable shoes. The room was nothing spectacular, but it had everything we needed-tv, mini fridge, microwave, and haridryer. There is also an outdoor pool, but we didn't get to use it because it had already turned a bit cool for swimming, but it was a nice option to have. All in all this was a good room for the price to get as close access to downtown as possible without actually BEING downtown. Unless you demand an upscale room, Knights Inn is a good choice for a Nashville visit. I would stay there again no problem. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The man that checked me in was neither friendly nor welcoming. He seemed annoyed when I came back to the desk to request another room. The one he had assigned to me and my two female travelers was located in an area that was not safe for three senior citizen women. After assigning us another room he commented-"We don't have any more non smoking rooms, […] so don't complaint if you don't like the room". This was very unprofessional and it showed a lack of regard or concern for the safety of his guests. The shower curtain rod broke and fell down that same evening. "For 50$, what can you expect!"
Its a dingy hotel on the wrong side of the Cumberland River but within easy reach (even walking distance) of downtown Nashville. The room featured two Queen-size beds, and a simple bathroom. The room smelt as if no one had given the room a decent airing in many years. The guy on the desk looked as if we'd interrupted a good "trip" but once he'd got […] our details sorted he was decent enough. There is plenty of parking and I can't complain it was noisy. "Front desk was very helpful. Don't expect 5 star"
This hotel offers a great rate to be right in the middle of down town Nashville. The front desk was great, answered my questions, helped resolve problems, and even let me check in early! Thank you! The one thing I will say is that during events the Hotel may offer event parking. This wasn't pleasing but the hotel took care of me. Don't get me wrong, […] this is not a 5 star hotel. But it was a fantastic price for the location and he service was great. Beyond that it provided us a place to stay, not a luxury event. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

This hotel is great, as long you understand what you are getting. It is a cheap hotel in downtown Nashville very close to the football stadium.
