You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. I booked my stay because I was interviewing with a nearby graduate program and was looking for cheap accommodations. I wasn't expecting much, but certainly better than what was presented. When I checked in there were signs posted informing me of a mandatory hotel wide curfew. It stated "all guests […] must be in their room by 11:00 pm. You are only allowed to leave your room if you are getting an item from your car and must immediately return to your room." Failure to comply with this policy would result in immediate "eviction from the hotel without refund." You also had to register your car with the front desk or risk having it towed at your expense. This did not instill any feelings of security nor did the fact that the deadbolt on the room door did not turn completely. The facilities were barely passable. One threadbare sheet was all that separate my body from a noisy plastic coated mattress and all of the linens had cigarette holes throughout. There was no hairdryer in the hotel and the hot water in the shower worked for the first two minutes then completely pooped out. The continental breakfast consisted of old, bitter coffee and juice. Overall, I would have rather spent an extra twenty dollars a night for a slightly better room. Read more

This place is by far one of the worst places ever anyone could stay at. First when we arrived we were met by two front desk agents that had nothing together done properly for us to check in. When we received the keys and went to the room, we were met by some of the loudest people (to include the 50 pound barking machine they call a dog) that didn't […] take into consideration that people were right next door to them. When going into the room, I was nervous to place my bags anywhere due to the fact ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was cleaned at all. The comforter was ripped but housekeeping thought it was okay to make up the bed with it. The sink look like someone forgot to take the cigarette ashes out of it and the toilet seat had some kind of substance on it. Very good room rate and "A" housekeeping service. Hotel is little old but management kept up good. Good "reasonable" room rate, excellent housekeeping & customer service. Night staff is there to take care of all my needs (I asked for extra pillow and blanket, it was delivered in less then 10 minutes). When my husband and I got there it was around 9 pm the front desk lady had us stand out in the cold 30's while she checked our prepaid room... After a long wait we finally got our key and walk to our room the first thing my husband did was turn on the heat, he had set it to 90's so the room could warm up faster. By far the worst place I have ever stayed. Mold in bathroom, Nasty towels, No bathmats. Clogged sink. No hot water. The beds were sitting on 2"x6" boards on floor. The top cover on one bed had a spot right in the middle of it. Linens were never clean. If you complain they will change them but just give you worst ones anyway. The employee that I delt with had the worst attitude. I asked her to repeat something because she was mumbling and she snapped at me. The place looked extremely shady and there were questionable characters standing outside all night long. The room was fairly clean. There was one extremely thin sheet that was on the bed and it smelled very musty.

This motel was awful, the room smelled bad ,the beds were terrilbe and the towles were paper thin and not even enough in the room.Our room us on the third floor and they didn't even have an elevator.I have breathing problems and it was very hard for me to walk up three flights of stairs.

When I checked in the man was very unfriendly. The reason for us to Fayetteville is for my husband to go to the VA hospital. My husband had a colonostphy on Friday. We chose to drive the 2 hours to Fayetteville the night before so he would be close to the hospital and we chose to stay the extra night incase he had complications. The prep Meds made my […] husband sick on Thursday night. Needless to say we had to use the bath towels to clean the mess. He also had an accident in the middle of the night. I called the front desk about 8am the next morning to get some towels so we could shower. We needed to leave for the hospital at 9am. They said the maid service doesnt start until 10. Then about 20 minutes later they called back and said the maid was going to bring up some towels. We waited and waited...no towels. Called again and was told they are at the front desk. Ok, you could bring them to the desk but not to the room. We went to hospital at 9am, took the do not disturb sign down so we could get more towels and some sheets. Came back at 2pm and no one cleaned the room. I put the do not disturb sign up again and called the desk to get some sheets. They said they did not clean the room because I had the do not disturb sign up. I took it down before I left. This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in and will never stay there again Read more

The sheet was too narrow and too short, we kept waking up to straighten it all night long as we found ourselves sleeping on the mattrass every move we made. Not a good feeling!
