Everything that could go wrong, did. "Clean" towels had hair in them. It was extremely noisy. Someone came knocking on my door at 2am!!! Overall a terrible place to stay!!!

horrible. they don't even have ironing boards. our phone was broke. brown stuff came from the shower. we even felt the need to search for bed bugs....i found a dead spider! yuck

Overall the stay way fine but I had some issue with a bug in the BED OF THE SMOKING ROOM they changed the room and the non soking room was much better. the second nite they did not have enough clean towels. some issue but they staff was nice and friendly and help us work out the issue in a timly maaner.

The motel provided a place to stay for the night! They advertised a continental breakfast. When we to the lobby to check it out, there was a bottle of waffle? batter with about 1/2" of batter left in the bottle. There were two containers of dry cereal (both almost empty). Its not like the pictures, one step from the Bates Motel.The breakfast was disappointing I ended up going across the street to Burger King for breakfast. No coffe pot, no iron or ironing board, no toiletries. Never again!!!

Regardless of what I write, I am grateful that I had a room to stay in on 3/31/2012 as I seriously considered staying in a Rest Area on I95 N. Literally there was no room at any Inn because of returning snowbirds and families on Spring Break. I made a reservation from my car and arrived at the hotel where there was a line out the door. The rate that […] was being quoted went up as more people called and came in. About my room - the curtains did not close completely, there was an odor of smoke, the furniture had cigarette burns, the walls not clean. The A/C was noisy and circulated smokey/perfumed air. I checked as best I could for bed bugs and luckily did not find any - a definite plus. I hauled my suitcases up the stairs as there is no elevator. I did not park where suggested as it was behind the restaurant next door adjacent to the dumpster in a poorly lit area. I parked in front under a light where I did not think I was at risk. The coffee in the morning was great. Breakfast was included with cereal, waffles, toast and juice. I thought service was generally pretty good but... I was told in the morning there was a call from Hotels.com saying my credit card did not go through and I would have to pay at the hotel. I did pay (should have checked with AmEx first) because now I have been double charged. Would I stay there again? Not unless it was the last place within 100 miles to stay - which it was that night. If you are traveling on a busy weekend - call ahead of time - I will. There are many other options. Live and learn. Read more

Our room was in the back of the hotel. When i asked for another room i was told that there were no other rooms available.This was at 2:50pm. Well i went to Savannah and came back to my room at 9 pm the vacancy sign was flashing. Also there were plenty of empty rooms available because the curtains were opened on all empty rooms. The bed that i slept […] in had a dry rotten blanket on it. When i reached to pull the blankets it just shredded in pieces. I took a picture of it and took it to the office the next morning. The clerk looked at it with frowns on her face and the owner or manager said that he told someone to take those blankets off the beds. No apology. We asked could we get a table and two chairs in the room. They acted like they didn't know that we didn't have a table and chairs. Reservation was wrong when we arrived, they did fix it somewhat. Luckily there were still rooms left. We were being charged for 2 rooms, but only one was reserved. Good thing I had my confirmation form. Very noisy rooms - you could hear every little noise outside with things closed up. A/C unit very noisy. Shower curtain didn't fit tub. The hotel room itself was "ok". Front lobby stunk really bad when I first got their and that's where you eat breakfast(we ate somewhere else). They checked us in before the room was even ready. The floors turned your feet black. The toilet flusher kept breaking so I checked it out and they just had it rigged instead of fixing it. We found dead bugs and an empty beer can under the bed. No shampoo or anything other than 1 small bar of soap. Very noisy area. There was stuff still in the drawers from the last people. The door battery died on us and it was very inconvenient to be locked out for awhile. Management would not work with us on anything.

The hotel was pretty much what we expected considering the cheap rates. One of the main reasons we chose this particular hotel was that it was pet-friendly. However when we checked out we were informed that we owed them money for our dogs stay. When I researched the various hotels before making reservations they all advertised their pet rates, Knights […] Inn made no mention of any kind of fee for bringing a pet.
