We stayed in a king bed room with kitchenette. It was spacious and clean, exactly as advertised. The staff was courteous and helpful--check-in was a breeze. The extra counter space was really nice to have as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Go Cats!

Staff was friendly upon arrival (Hey- with 10+ years in the service industry, I know how hard it can be at moments to smile and friendly!) and check-out. Room was clean, and as requested (Non-Smoking, in Non-Smoking Hallway). Rate was the clincher. (Good rate - tired of over paying for a simple, clean room to sleep in whilst travelling for seminars). Didn't notice any gym, but that was OK for the rate. (Besides, it'd been a while since a did a "hotel room workout."

There for a UK game and the hotel was perfect. Had a shuttle that ran all day and night down to Rupp. Room was great and service matched. Solid stay.

"Once a Knight's enough"
Monitored the following during a 4 night stay: Cigarette butt outside front door of my non-smoking room did not move for 4 days. 2 chewing gum wads beside nightstand did not move for 4 days vinyl siding piece by door flapped everytime I opened door. "Friendly staff with not much to work with"
You definitely get what you pay for here. The staff was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately this hotel needs a serious makeover. The ceiling was falling in, the bed was very dented in the middle, there was mildew on the shower curtain, smokey smelling, etc. We were on a tight budget for a 5 day stay but it was even below what we expected.
