It might not be glamorous, but it is a great room with all the little extras. Coffe pot, haid dryer and all the cable channels, not just a few like most places. Good breakfast and free USA Today paper. Close to freeway and lots of stores, malls and restaurants. Great 24/7 coney island walking distance away. Staff is polite and helpful.

The place isnt flashy but it has a great bed, a full channel lineup including BBC America and A&E. Coffe maker in room with some pretty decent coffee provided. Solid Cont breakfast. A 24/7 coney island, Chilis and McDonalds all short walking distance. Outback, Sushi place and Supermarket with Deli all within half mile. Polite staff. Been there a few […] times. Spend a little more and stay at a better place. Although there weren't any bugs thankfully, overall the place is really run down. I would not recommend it to anyone. The bathroom was tiny and not clean. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the carpet was old and ragged. Extremely disappointed.

Didn't get to checkin till 12:30AM and when I stumbled into the shower at 7:30 I find NO bath towels-only hand towels. Everything else was OK.

While booking, I was very worried about maybe getting bedbugs. I thought it might even be better to sleep in the car. However, the bedding, walls, shelves bathroom etc. turned out to be very clean. The room cleanliness left something to be desired. Although we were granted our special request, the hotel was unprepared for our stay(ie: the refrigerator was not cold or plugged in). It would be fine for just sleeping and wanting an inexpensive layover, but I would not recommend if spending an evening in the room looking for comfort.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke, there was was graffiti on the ceiling and trash under the bed. Wish I'd brought my own sheets, pillow and blanket. This hotel offers a weekly rate and there's lots of folks living here.

This hotel wasn't too bad. The last time I had to go to Pontiac back in 2000, I stayed here. I got my room very very cheap, and it was ok for the price. It was pretty clean, quiet, and conveniently located. I will stay here again when I come back. Also, despite past reviews, I did a thorough inspection of the room before I unpacked. I saw no evidence […] of bedbugs whatsoever. I lifted the mattresses all the way up, looked at the sides of the mattress and below the boxsprings ( yes, I'm weird like that. Someone came in our room and replaced our three towels with only two but we asked for another towel at the desk and the next night we placed the do not disturb sign and all was well. The breakfast had Dunkin Doughnuts- can't go wrong there.

It was a decent hotel. Not the cleaniest, but not the dirtiest. Would stay there again if I was in the area. It's on an industrial drive, close to Meijer and other major stores. Easy to find. Pool was small, but nice. Wi-fi was great as was cable.

There is no way I would ever stay here. They have non smoking rooms but it smells like a chain smoker has lived there for the past 40 yeas which is approximately the last time they redecorated. Our first room had dead bugs init. I went to request another and The smell was still the same. Horrible night.

After driving all day, we couldnt wait to check in. Once we got to our room, I was instantly ready to leave. The bath tub was dirty, the sink was clogged, and the carpet was stained up. I wasn't expecting much considering how much I paid for the room and that is what I got! The bed was pretty uncomfortable to me & I am pretty sure they gave me the wrong type of room but really I just needed a place to crash for a few hours so I just went with it. I books a room with 2 queen beds, got a room with 2 double beds but with a refrigerator […] and microwave. I did put my soda in the fridge since it was there but it wasn't something I needed or asked for when I booked the room. Although the floor seemed a little dingy overall the room was clean except for the lone hair on the shelf in the shower & the stain on the back of the toilet was kind of gross. For the price the room was ok. The biggest complaint about the room was that the carpet was really dirty and I have toddlers so that was a big no no. The continenal breakfast was horrible and the pool had not been cleaned the noght befor so when we got in at 10 am there was all kinds of stuff floating in it.

We liked the hotel. Great rate. No extra charge for a refrigerator and microwave in one of our two rooms to accommodate baby food and drink, etc. Breakfast of donuts and bagels with coffee, tea and juice was nothing fancy but quite sufficient. Staff very friendly and helpful.

For the best price and tax, it fit the bill. Just the basics, but it was clean and convenient. Morning breakfast was better than expected for a continental (2 cereals, milk, oj, toasted bagels). They had wireless in the room and a pc in the lobby. Bare bones, but I'd stay again for the price.

OK for the price. Well worn former Knights Inn property but was quiet and fairly clean. Desk staff was friendly and courteous. Continental breakfast donuts were fresh.

The first room we were given stank of mold and mildew to the point that we had to request a different room, which was then no better than the first. There was a thick layer of dust on the bathroom mirror and all of the furniture, as if the rooms hadn't been cleaned in months.
