Very pleasant, extremely clean and comfortable accommodations. Microwave/refrigerator Wifi - all good. Nice complimentary breakfast offerings - cereals, muffins, pastries, croissants, good juice, coffee and tea service. Friendly staff. Great for our purpose - visiting nearby colleges, easy highway access.

I thought the front desk clerks were helpful. I know people are weary of staying a hotel like this. But seriously it was fine. It had a nice comfy bed, towels, tv, fridge, all the normal stuff. I would stay here agian if ever in the same area.

I thoughtt that for the price and conveinience that this was a great place to stay. The staff were very polite and helpful. Having breakfast provided in the morning was nice. However, I really do prefer cream to coffee creamer in my coffee. I would definately stary there again.

Staff was VERY helpful and friendly. Close to Thruway entrances and exits. No coffeemaker but did have microwave and refrigerator. Older motel but for the price I think it was a great value. Would use this motel again.

Room has thermostat controlled heat/ac so a fan is not blowing constantly like so many other economy motels I have stayed in. Could not hear ANY other occupants through the walls. Very nice! Comfortable bed. Ironing board and iron useful. Refrigerator and microwave too. 24 hour Kinney Pharmacy across the street and convenience store with pizza, subs, […] etc. right next door. Very helpful staff. I was originally going to stay for eight nights but was able to go home for the weekend. It was no problem to change and appreciate the savings from not sleeping here Friday and Saturday nights. My room had a fridge, microwave, and cabinets. Knights Inn was cheap and close to everything we needed. Room smelled musty, we needed to purchase Lysol from the drug store across the street. If we return to the area, wouldn't stay here again. There are nicer hotels in the immediate area for a little more money. You get what you pay for!

Helpful staff that had printed instructiions available when asked for directions. Coffee available in lobby, but it would have been nice to have a coffeemaker in the room.

When we arrived, the lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly. Got to the room and it was hot but once we turned on the AC, it cooled down fast. The carpet had a huge stain in it. There was a "fist hole" in the bathroom door. The blanket had a nasty looking stain in it and we stayed a second night and during the day when the room was cleaned and […] the beds made, the blanket was never changed. And I'm not talking the bed spread either, I have heard motels/hotels don't change these regularly. No wireless internet. Overall, if you are desperate for a place to stay, this would work but it is VERY expensive for what it is. In addition, the breakfast selection and coffee are yuck! Read more

The only thing that really bothered me was that the price was nearly double the normal price for this hotel, as we were in State Fair week. Well worth the normal price, not so much the inflated one. Internet really iffy - glad I had MIFI access.

Not too bad, I've definitely stayed in worse. It's older style the couch needs to go, and the bed was terrible they really need to replace their beds, or at least their mattress, you could feel the box springs. The staff were all very nice, the bathroom area & microwave were clean. I would stay again if I needed a place to sleep for cheap.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Syracuse University. I just needed a place to stay overnight that was close to the school. The first room they gave me (202) had an overwhelming smell of mold. They switched me to another room that had recently been re-done (315) which was perfectly fine. I was impressed. I Grew up inthe CNY area and this motel has been there a long time. It is is older, but kept up well. No Pool, but the staff is friendly and attentive. Myself and wife stayed at Knights Inn Hotel, was impressed with nearby shops directions, very pleasant person to deal with. The room was very clean, the only thing was the the AC was a bit noisy. Will certainly stay there again.

I booked this hotel for a family trip given the relatively high ratings it had and the fact that it had a fridge and a microwave in the room. Our room was reasonably clean but was outdated (probably from the 80s). Rooms have basic cable (our room had an old medium size CRT TV), but the reception was poor. Internet is free, but is extremely slow/choppy […] and in practice not useful for anything. Our room had old spring mattresses that were not comfortable at all, and felt like they were long overdue for a replacement. The bottom line: this is a very basic MOTEL - if you need a place to stay for the night and don't really care about anything else this might be the place for you. If you are looking for something a bit more comfortable I'd suggest to look elsewhere - it was NOT worth the price we paid for it. Next time I'd rather spend 15-20 dollars more and stay at the new Holiday Inn just across the road from it! Read more
