I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.

great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay

The hotel was reasonably priced and a two minute walk from the falls! The rooms were nice (King sized beds!) but watch out for extra charges...they will charge you a hefty rate at the end of your stay for just one nights parking.

"Knights Inn by the Falls"
The room was clean, but the toilet was not firmly seated (it rocked when sat upon). One bed was missing a corner leg. The room was oppressively hot - even with the little AC running full blast. We received some relief when the hotel provided a fan that we could use. The pool looked inviting, but the hot tub was not filled up. The review should state […] that the hotel is not close to Clifton Hill (Tourist area), but about 4 blocks down to the falls with a strenuous walk back up the hill to the Hotel. There's not a conveniently located full service restaurant, though there is a Tim Hortons (coffee, donuts and sandwiches) a block away. Read more
"low price and low quality"
The good part its very close to everything, just walking distance to falls. Stuff are helpfull and nice, rooms are not worth more to pay then 50$. We stayed there 2 nights but didnt spend time in room at all besides the night time. Rainbow Motor Inn looked much better from the outside and the prices are almost the same. I enjoyed my stay at Knight's Inn tremendously. The room was clean and well kept. It is obvious that the cleaning staff does a fantastic job keeping the rooms clean. Checking in was fast and hassle free. The hotel is situated right in the heart of all the major attractions and I find this to be the best of all. Overall I rate this hotel 10 out of 10. "Couples Beware"
Don't ever go to this place, unless you are in College. We always joked about going to a cheap raunchy motel for one night, but it's better to spend $25 or $50 more, to stay somewhere that actually completes maintenance. A hole in the drywall, bathroom window broken, sink looking like it was going to fall off, toilet that barely could flush. We didn't […] even want to shower there, we didn't shower, we left. owner was very polite and helpful, but hotel needs to be cleaned alot more in order to make people feel comfortable. rates are to high for what we get.
"Can't complain much for the price."
The rooms are very outdated and there is little upkeep. Our room had a broken window that the motel was well aware of. Other than that the staff was friendly. The motel is just off the strip so it was qiet while we were there and the price was great.
