Clean and simple. Continental breakfast is minimal (cereal and bread). Close to lots of restaurants and good parking. Good for an overnight stay while traveling, particularly with microwave and fridge (no coffeemaker, but coffee in office).

We needed a Hotel for a one night stay on our way home to Michigan. Checked ratings of the Red Roof Inn and found very good rating. We were very satisfied with the room, and the staff were very helpful. We even got a carry out Breakfast bag, when we left early in the morning. We were very satisfied with our short stay.

I was looking for a cheap hotel in Bowling Green area for two nights over the weekend. I found this hotel with pretty good reviews, so we decided to give it a try. For the price it was just what we needed. We were just passing through on our way home. Lady at the desk was very nice. Breakfast was cold cereal, muffin or a danish, banana or/and apple. The juice and coffee were good.

We arrived at the hotel about check in time and stayed for two days. The staff were nice and pleasent. When we got to our room it was very clean and well kept. There were plenty of places to eat . And lots of things to do. All in All we are very pleased and happy to recommend this hotel to anyone .

Reasonably priced, comfortable room in convenient area. This was the first time I've stayed at this chain, but will strongly consider booking rooms with them in other cities based on this experience. The hotel was conveniently located and relatively clean, comfortable, etc. I was most surprised that the staff treated me as if they knew me. We booked our room in Bowling Green, KY through a Hotels.com phone app about an hour before arrival, and had no problem at all. We got room 230 on the back side. It was a king non-smoking business--which means it has a small desk. The front desk gentleman was very professional upon arrival, I especially appreciated his having a nametag and uniform. […] The lobby and adjoining breakfast nook were clean and pristeen, as was as our room. Everything was updated with tasteful colors and fixtures and even the bathtub/shower was brand new. (which was awesome since it's where you get clean!) The mini-fridge, microwave and in-room coffee pot were all clean and working. The towels were thin, but that's to be expected and my only complaint. Our stay was nice and quiet, although we had no neighbors on either side, and I appreciate that we were placed facing West to avoid the blaring sunrise on the opposite side. If it was done on purpose it was appreciated! The continental breakfast included danishes, muffins, fruit, cereal, coffee etc. and it was all very fresh. The bagged breakfasts to-go consisted of an apple, muffin and bottled water ready for anyone to take. I don't expect the Ritz Carlton for such a great rate, but compared to a competing chain's room I rented in another town for the same price, the Red Roof Inn was ritzy indeed! I have heard they are revamping their hotels and if that's true this location is a great example. Read more

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality, cleanliness and ease of getting in and out of our room which was directly accessible from the parking lot. The grounds were very clean. They even had a clean up station with bags at the back of the motel for our pet. The room was spacious, clean and even had a refrigerator and microwave. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. There was a board with nails in it on the stairwell outside our room that said "Do not touch this side of stairs". Not sure what that was about, but oh well. Trash pick up for McDonalds was VERY early!

THis hotel was very clean, something I was not expecting for the low price I paid. There was refrigerator, microwave and safe in the room and everything was very clean except the floor needed to be shampooed. My 2 year old son's feet were black from walking around in it. I can't impess upon him to wear shoes in a hotel room. Also, I was able to get […] internet in the room, I thought it was advertiesed that wifi was only available in public areas. This is a new, up to date motel right in the middle of shoppping malls and restaurants, all the amenities you could want and found in higher price places, only item not that elaborate was continental breakfast, which was truley "continental" : toast , fruit , cereal, muffins, doughnuts. But that was more than sufficient for us, and you could splurge […] for brealfast at a restaurant newar by and still end up paying less overall for meal and room then a place with the more elaborate breakfasts included. high recommend.
