Great room, love the big bathroom and huge tub is amazing. Quiet environment, staff was just ok. Two suggestions; add a thin blanket is needed for a happy medium to the sheet and large comforter. The room is so dry you have to wake multiple times within the night just for water, its pretty bad. Will return though :)

The Dimond Center Hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay here agian if back in Anchorage. The rooms are spacious and the bed sleeps great. The breakfast is filling and has al ot of options. The WiFi is strength is OK, but is free to use.

I am so glad we decided to stay at this hotel. Everything was great! Ample parking, great breakfast, close to hwy, very clean and comfortable. I also loved the access to the fitness center. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Anchorage.

Its located in a huge strip mall area. It took them an hour to get me at the airport. The lobby and rooms were pleasant enough. There was a window between the bath and the bedroom so when you turned on the bathroom light it also lit up the bedroom. The breakfast buffet was as mediocre as they get. The hotel was great: centrally located, comfortable bed and good variety of food at the free morning breakfast buffet. The only issue we had was with the design/features of the restroom in our hotel room: the shower was small and had weak water pressure, and the sink was actually outside the restroom. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Strange thing happened while we were out, the pole lamp fell over and the bulbs broke. It was evening and we moved to another room for the remainder of the stay. The management accommodated us in every way. Great place.

The hotel location is convenient, which is close to the highway and actually inside the Dimond Mall area. Lots of shopping, from Wallmart to the Mall, many restaurants etc. The rooms are large and clean. Choice of wall color is a bit strange, but not a problem. The bathroom has winwdo into the room, which is currently the trend in many hotels. In room […] coffee machine is of good quality. There is a fridge, etc. There is free WiFI, but the free internet computers in the lounge business area have cumbersome arrangements to obtain the status of "free", but you have some 15 free minutes and a prnter is attached. The breakfast buffet was reasonably good. What you miss you can always buy and the Wallmart across the parking lot... Staff at the front desk were courteous. Guest laundry is available, with 1.25$ for laundry but 1.50$ for dryer... No safe deposit inroom - you need to go to the reception. The hotel was charming but certainly not at luxurious in guest offerings. Considering the cost of living and amenities levels in Anchorage, it was commensurate with the competition, however we experienced sticker shock for this star level compared to other hotels that we have visited in other parts of the U.S.

This is a very nicely appointed hotel with the best bathroom ever. The jet /spa bubble bath is the best I've ever experienced! That said, the room we were in was dim and had inadequate lighting. There are no decent restaurants within walking distance, or close driving, either. We ate at the bar, so we wouldn't have to drive. Big mistake! Frozen chicken […] patty microwaved. My husband ordered a Rueben, but he wasn't sure about the type of meat. Breakfast was a typical hotel buffet. Not bad, not great. Overall, if you are looking for a clean place to sleep before heading to the airport, this is the place for you. We didn't check out the pool or exercise area. Might be good for families with kids. Great hotel in Anchorage for reasonible rates. Breakfast was great and easy location to get around if you rent a car. Free Parking and accessible to everything. Would highly recommend. Only complaint was the lighting in the room, especially the bathroom, seemed a bit dark even though we went in June.
