Normally stay at this hotel often. This time they over book my room for the two nights. Even though I called the night before to make sure. The front desk girl was very rude and offer no help. Will think twice before staying her again!

I booked this hotel for myself and one friend for New Years Eve. I didn't want to stay in New York because of the cost and I knew it wouldn't be a problem getting to NYC from here. The hotel was about 30-40 minutes to Times Square which was great! The hotel staff was polite and the room was nice. It had a a kitchenette (stove, fridge, microwave). Nice […] size. I wasn't looking for anything over the top anyway. The bathroom looked somewhat updated? The room overall was nice. No complaints. I called to extend my check out an hour later which was perfectly fine. I would recommend this hotel and I believe I will use this for next year, if I decide to go back to NYC! Read more

Great location. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and welcoming upon our arrival and throughout our stay. Great job on your renovations! Room was spacious and very clean. Just one minor thing-there wasn't a wastepaper basket in the bathroom or drinking glasses, but overall great place to stay.

Had a wedding in the area. Found the hotel on expedia for a great rate. Was pleasantly surprised by the room, almost wished I was staying longer than a night. Easy check in and check out. Would recommend the hotel and would stay again.

I did not like my stay, when we arrived at the hotel, the requested a credit card hold and i already paid directly with hotels.com no reason for them to ask for credit card, so i deny that. Also when went to room, since requested smoking room, no ashtray, but besides that there where no towels and we had to wait over a hour for the towels, we where […] tired from driving and could not make ourselves comfortable, the bed is horrible very uncomfortable, pillows my godness are the worst, flat as can be, no soaps provided lucky we brought our own. Okay let me start this off by saying the lobby is very cute and though there was one person at the front desk when I checked in and she had large groups of people checking in that day she remained very pleasant with everyone. This is pretty much where my positive input ends. We got into the room and the stove had two burners, only one worked. The box […] spring on the bed had some unidentifiable stains on it so I was afraid to even look at the mattress. The tub had dirt left in it so it looked like someone had bathed and no one just bothered cleaning it. I'm not the type of person that usually goes by reviews because I have often read reviews on hotels I've stayed in that were over dramatized but I was very disappointed to find that the reviews on this hotel were so true. There was a strong, unidentifable odor that permeated all of the floors. The first room I was assigned had ants crawling on the counter and tables. In the second room, I found large stains on the rug. I also found that the pans, colander, plates and utensils were dirty. When I requested dish soap, I was told by the front desk that they didn't have […] it available, but would try to bring some to the room later. It never showed and I ended up using one of the wafer thin bars of soap from the bathroom to clean the cooking supplies. As another traveler mentioned, there was no shampoo in the room. There were also no paper towels, something I normally find in extended stay rooms. The hotel is located on 17 N. There are a number of places to get food (Dunkin Donuts, diners, chain restaurants, etc.), and a supermarket about 2 miles north, but it's difficult to get there and back because the highway is divided with large barriers so after getting there, you have to continue north until you find a place to turn around to head south. You then need to travel about a mile and a half past the hotel when before finding a place to turn around and get back to the north side. It's a hassle. We decided to book this hotel as we were on our way to New York City and needed to spend 1 night after spending the day at the Woodbury premium outlets. Though our preference was to book a hotel located right by the outlets we were unwilling to spend the extra money that the hotel was charging. This was a 30 min drive from the outlets towards NYC. I am extremely picky when choosing a hotel and have to say this hotel exceeded my expectations due to the renovations they have made.
