I stay just for 1 night, my room was very clean but very small. The only problem that I had was the guy at the counter he try to give me a speech about a comment that I make about my reservation, if you plan to stay at this place try not to talk to the overweight Chinese.

No air conditioning. It wad hot and a very uncomfortable stay.

Great location and very nice staff. I do wish the staff was more knowledgeable about the surrounding area, especially restaurants. For a lunch suggestion they offered up Bristol Farms (a grocery store.) They were helpful regarding using the Muni. The room was a bit warm, and we didnt realize the heater under the window was a heater, it wasn't marked […] either way. The continental breakfast was poorly done. Excellent location, clean rooms, good restaurants and shopping in the area, make sure you pay extra for a room with A/C in the Summer Months. Breakfast is simple, and in a very cramped room that is the only negative and not a big deal for me.

Very good cleaning service.good location ,near metro and in center. Surrounding was fulll of homeless and drug addicted ,but it is typical of san francisco. Even if you go to Hilton one block away, the situation is same. Internet was not working. And the staff did not solve the problem. Nice place but needs to add AC to rooms. We were in an interior room that opened in an area with no circulation so even with window open no air came in so it was pretty stuffy. They do have ceiling fans and an extra small fan if needed. Otherwise nice place.

We loved staying at the Fusion for a short weekend in San Francisco. The hotel is near to bars, restaurants and great shopping which we took full advantage of. There is a very popular club just below the hotel, which would probably be a lot of fun if you're in to that sort of thing. If you want to stay in the city and can't afford high prices, Hotel Fusion is a great choice. We stayed in a room with 1 Queen bed - the main area with the bed was incredibly small, while the bathroom is big enough to fit a washer & dryer. The room is clean, but the hotel lobby entrance always have 3, 4 flies roaming around.

Unfortunately, I didn't know it when making the reservation, but there was a nightclub right next door to the hotel and the people in line outside, waiting to get in, were noisy and quite bothersome. The noise simmered at 2:00 a.m., when I finally thought I could catch some shut eye. Unluckily, I then heard the next door room person talking on the phone. […] Sorry, but if you are staying in San Francisco, choose a hotel room with higher level floors to avoid interference from the street. Good Location, easy walk from Bart; Good price, European-size small room.

Perfect location like 2 blocks from the cable car start location and by tons of shopping and bars. Would def stay there again. Rooms were small, but hey, it's San Fran. Nice people at the front desk.

We really liked this hotel. It was convenient to just about anywhere with public transportation. The surrounding area (Union Square) is a bit edgy, but ultimately safe. Our daily parking fee was expensive ($ 30.00 with taxes), but that's probably the case all over town. Smallish rooms, but functional. I'd rate the overall noise rating a C+, not quiet, […] but not loud. I'd stay there again, just get a better located room. Read more

This was my first time staying down in Union Square, I usually stay in the Fisherman's Warf area. It was WONDERFUL! The hotel was in an awesome location. The room was comfortable and clean. The sheets even had the light smell of bleach which made me feel very much at home. My only wish was for our room to have A/C but I knew when I booked the room it […] didn't have A/C. Other than the fact that the room didn't have air conditioning and it stayed hot throughtout the night even with the window open, I thought this was great hotel for the price. This hotel is in a great location right in the heart of SF. There is a very hopping nighclub below the hotel so if you are on a low floor be prepared for a bit of noise late into the evening (wasn't a big deal for us as we have stayed here many times). The rooms are small but no smaller than anything comparable in San Francisco. Overall I liked this Hotel... It is trendy and a lot of 20-30 somethings come here, especially from Europe. The service is a bit slow and there is no one working the bell desk. It took 20 minutes everytime we needed the car so we had to learn to call in advance. For some reason, the sheets didn't seem like they were washed. It felt like the cleaning ladies just folded the used sheets instead of cleaning them first. Other than that, the room was small (not enough room for a chair) and no central AC.

Great location nice continental breakfast. Clean room.

Had to check out early after waking up to a swarm of cockroaches in the bathroom; definitely not worth the deal I got, you definitely get what you pay for.

clean comofortable room with nice shower bathroom. the hotel allowed us to check in at 1030am which was both surprizing and nice since we arrived at SFO at 10am. room was pretty small but comfortable. we did not have a car to park but overnight parking there was ~25$. overall i was satisfied and would stay there again.

Staff were nice but the location was a pain to get too,parking was big bucks an I herd sirens and the niteclub music all night

These guys gave me room with the bathroom across the hall. Geee, if I wanted to stay in a hostel...

Clean, helpfull staff, fare price

This hotel is so conveniently located - a very short walk from the Bart Station and right downtown near Union Square. It's an older hotel, which I think makes it more charming than the newer, less unique hotels. However, it has also been completely renovated, so the rooms and furnishings are up to date. I didn't want to leave!

The hotel gets 3 “Fs” Friendly – Front staff and housekeeping staff seemed approachable and welcoming Functional – Accommodations were clean and centrally located for easy access to many of the city’s attractions Frugal – All of the above points, along with the breakfast, and free Wi-Fi make this hotel a good value.

Small but comfortable room. Did not know we'd be trying to sleep on top of a disco that rattled the walls until the early hours.....

I enjoyed my stay, in the hubbub of the Union Square area. My only concern was that my room was a bit cramped, smaller than I anticipated. The continental breakfast arrangement was disappointing.

Fusion Hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the BART train station (which can take you direct to the airport) and cable cars. The surrounding downtown area has a lot of activity, and is centrally located to other areas. Be sure to request a room on the higher floors. There is a disco downstairs which can be quite loud on weekend nights.

Before booking this hotel peolpe should know that there many different kinds of room there, the beautiful one that you see on the website is the top one . My husband and I had a terrible experience since we got the full bed bedroom with no air conditioning (room 308). The room was so tiny and hot that although we opened the windows, it was impossible […] to sleep, very unconfortable. Very noisy also. On the other day, the front desk recepcionist nicely upgraded us to a king size bed bedroom (room 402). That room was so beautiful (the nice one from the website), large, nice linens, we were very happy and satisfied until the next night when the fire alarm rang in the middle of the night for a very long time (no reason for that). We had to call the front desk twice until somebody came upstairs to fix the problem. Worst experience ever!!! Nobody excused for what happened on the other day. Room is quite small but they are clean and very nice. Bathroom is small but again clean n neat.

I attended a conference at the Moscone Convention center which I was able to walk to easily from Hotel Fusion. Parking was $25 and I could have gotten into a parking lot down the block for $15 had I known. But the room was small yet fine and clean. Pros: 1. Convenient location off Powell Street stop on BART. Can take all the way from the San Francisco International Airport. 2. Site elevation is level. Staying in a hotel that is NOT on a hill is key in SF. 3. Nice simple Asian inspired decor with high ceilings. Real clean. 4. Bed is firm and supportive with pillows to match. 5. Great water pressure […] in the shower. Nice n hot. 6. Attentive service. 7. Manager's Wine Reception! Cons: 1. Central location to nightlife leads to a noisy night. For me not a huge issue. The sound of bottles being recycled seemed soothing. Others may want to bring earplugs. 2. Shower is a standard size corner layout with glass enclosure. Can be tight for some people. The bathroom was much bigger than necessary! More space in the living quarters and less in the bathroom would have made sense.

i thought the rooms were small and that they cost to much for what they offerd. Everything about the place was "just ok"
