Room was very comfortable. Was slightly disappointed on the shuttle service. They would take you to the Grand Ole Opry Convention Center but not the Grand Ole Opry. We stayed 3 days and the breakfast menu didn't change. There were no waffles, pancakes etc., however the manager was present and made sure everyone had enough to eat.

I chose this hotel for it's location, near all Opryland attractions and downtown Nashville. When I checked in, I was made to feel like low class trash by the Registration Agent! She was very snooty, rude and put off that I would dare book through a 3rd party site!. Heading up to our room, we find that the very narrow hallways were completely blocked by the 3 maid carts within 20'. The beds were well worn with knotty pillows, no luggage rack, and no fridge as advertised. We were told they didn't have them yet, we passed an open room being cleaned with a fridge and a microwave! Our neighbors were extremely noisy which, after 4 calls to the desk, I finally got an answer and complained. It didn't stop until 3 hours later (at 2 am), after 2 more calls! Breakfast was all but empty by 8:30 am. What was left was old and dried out. The attendant came out to add more oatmeal and simply added raw oats to the pot of already cooked oats! No wonder the consistency had been so uneven in mine that I got just before!! All in all, I would not ever stay here again nor would I recommend this location! I would pay double to be treated with respect and for the hotel to actually fit the definition of the "hospitality" industry! We did leave behind a dress, skirt and top which the hotel did return (without my hangers). However, the only option given for the return, was for me to pay for Fed Ex to ship...the most expensive option!

Staff was great! Rooms clean, beds comfy. Wish it had a mini fridge but overall had everything else. A little disappointed breakfast stopped at 9am because we got in late after the late opry show so we slept in but no big deal. Would stay again. Paid $162 total for one night.

Wonderful vacation from hotel stay to experiencing the excitement of "the district" in downtown nashville. The cruise down the river on the General Jackson paddlewheel boat was excellent. The opry mill outlet was great also. Cant eait to come back again.

We had no problems. The staff was helpful and breakfast food delicious. The only complaint would be that one night a group came in late and we were awakened by loud male voices in the hall at 1am and again at 2am. Other than that our stay was enjoyable and I would stay here again. The staff was extremely helpful !

Great room, bed, pillows fantastic. Bed spreads WHITE, all bed linen white. Very clean. Staff great. We ordered pizza form one of the recommendation places that staff advised had good food, they the pizza delivery didn't bring plates, hotel staff very accommodating. We will be staying again.

The staff is friendly and the hotel overall appears to be clean. The toilet stopped working the morning after our stay. We only had one night at the hotel to get away so it would have been great if the toilet would have actually worked during our whole stay. There also seemed to have been an issue with the water pressure when taking a shower. The bathroom could have been cleaner noticed hairs from previous individuals lying around in the bathroom. The staff was great to accommodate when we told them about the toilet not working and gave us a key to another room to use the bathroom. To my surprise when going into the other room I noticed the room appeared to not only be cleaner but it appeared to be a newer version of the same exact room. I wish they would have given us that room. All in all the staff is friendly and the breakfast was good.

Our room was clean and comfortable and for the most part quiet. Very early on the morning we were leaving we could hear trucks picking up trash and what sounded like delivery trucks, however, that cannot be avoided. It would have been nice to have a small refigerator in the room and a microwave available somewhere on sight for guests to use. Parking was convenient to where our room was located. Since the hotel is not located in downtown Nashville we did have a short drive to get there, but the drive was not bad. The continental breakfast had a good variety to choose from. When we return to Nashville we will definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean in both the common areas and the room. Nice indoor pool. Decent free breakfast. Reasonable rate for the quality of the stay. About the only negative is that there was no refrigerator in the room.

We were pleased overall with the room, the service, and the location. The hotel rates were seriously overpriced for the type of hotel, however, and we will probably not return to that hotel. It was close to the Opryland Hotel, the Opry Mills Mall, and the Grand Ole Opry, although there was no show at the Opry that night.

If you are not renting a car then pay the extra money and stay downtown. For us to taxi from airport was $25 then everytime down town it was $35 each way.. Either rent a car or stay downtown. It will end up costing so much more

First impressions right? When I walked into my room there were a pair of dress sox in the floor from the previous guest. Made me wonder how well the floor was vacuumed. Other than that the bed was comfy and the continental breakfast was satisfying. Scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage, breads, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal to name a few items. Coffee was available at all times. The towels were super soft.

The hotel was clean, well maintained. The location was very good for Opryland activities, or to jump on the highway and head downtown. Amenities were decent, breakfast was good as far as continental breakfasts go (the eggs and sausage were good) and the wi-fi in room was reasonably fast with a consistent connection. There were a few issues that we did notice though. The bed wasn't as comfortable as some hotels I have stayed in. Might be fine for some, but the support didn't match what I like. The A/C system quickly cooled the room, but was kind of noisy while doing it. Our room also had a pool view, which meant that when there were kids playing in the pool, we could hear it. It wasn't too bad for us, but if you are a light sleeper and plan on sleeping in late or going to bed early, be aware. Overall, the hotel was adequate but next time we go to Nashville we will see what other options might be better.

Room had clean outward appearance but bottom sheet had stains on it, the shower curtain had black mold all over it and the mattress was about 3" thick and very uncomfortable. Will not be staying here again and definitely will not recommend it to anyone.

Nice pool and workout room, and it has ample parking. Setup was awkward..narrow hallways, no service elevators and kitchen/dining room design required waitstaff to interrupt the buffet line to get back and forth. Getting around in the lobby/dining area was cramped and crowded. We were happy to get one of the few rooms with a refrigerator, but it was off when we checked in and we had to empty the water where the last ice had melted and wait for it to cool down, which it never completely did. It will do in a pinch but I probably wouldn't choose it again.

We were visiting Opry Mills Mall and found the location to be great. It was located next to restaurants, putt-putt golf, a water slide, Opryland Hotel and convenient to the Interstate. The Staff was very nice. We were always greeted by the desk clerk and the Housekeeper when we checked in. We would differently stay there again. The indoor pool was great.

This hotel was clean, had a nice breakfast and good size indoor pool. Staff was helpful, courteous always smiled and said hello. Hotel is close to the Grand Ole Opry, the Opry Mills Mall, some unique restaurants and shops, and the interstate. It also is a short drive to downtown from the hotel on the interstate or on a less traveled back road we found to downtown. Would recommend for family or business.

We have stayed here several times because of location. Only major complaint is receptacles for cigarette butts at entrance and on patio were overflowing & nobody seemed to ever clean them out. Very nasty. Rooms are basic but clean. People at front desk and Mary, at concierge desk are very polite and helpful. Continental breakfast is very nice.

I travel to Nashville about once a month and I usually stay at this Fairfield. The rooms are clean very well equipped and close to Opryland. The logans Steakhouse in right in front of Fairfield Inns and Suites. Breakfast is the usual fair for a continental breakfast but they do have sausage biscuits you can pop in the microwave.

The room was dark with no table lamp. The beds were small as they were full instead of queens. TV did not work, we were told to unplug and replug to get it going.....

The hotel was clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Location is very convenient to Briley Parkway, Opryland, Opry Mills and several choices of restaurants. Only disappointment was that the room description stated double beds with a separate sitting area. Got the double beds but no separate sitting area. Hotel staff said they only had 3 rooms that fit that description and they were booked. Since our adult son was staying with us, we were looking for a place with more sitting room and that's why we chose this hotel. Turned out OK but still disappointed we didn't get what we expected.
