was comfy bed. free drink and fruit bowl were nice touch. Staff really friendly and helpful. Let downs were, dodgy catch on room 208 door sometimes it didn't lock. Bathroom door wouldn't close, tiling in bathrooom shoddy, extractor fan old and noisy.

This hotel was perfectly placed for my visit to Chelsea and Westminster hospital, and was easy to reach from the tube. The room and bed were comfortable if a bit shabby around the edges. The radiator was on full blast and wasn't adjustable - the sash window was locked open and I couldn't close it, so the traffic noise was really bad. It would have been […] nice to have the choice of having the window open or closed and to be able to turn the heating down. The room was nice and clean. Staff were helpful. I was a bit disappointed with breakfast. I went to have breakfast at 9:20am and everything was almost finished. I asked for the waitress if it was possible to get a few items to which she said yes but I never received.

Good location for the Chelsea area and next door to Chelsea FC. Good sized rooms. Could do with a toaster in the dining room or some method of heating up the large croissants; English breakfast extra (£4.95 - seems good value). Bedroom large but pillows rock hard, and meant an uncomfortable sleep.

Good location if you need to be in the Fulham area (backs on to Chelsea FC,s ground) but sadly let down by bathroom, toilet seat was unusually small and shower was only 2ft square thus a average adult would find it impractical as you can not bend down to pick up soap or wash your feet and legs. No soap holder either.

The Hotel was very pleasant, with friendly staff and the room was basic but satisfactory. There was a fan in the room which was very handy as the weather was very warm during our trip. On arrival I was given the wrong room. After much arguing between the staff I eventually got sorted. For the price I paid for the room I expected more and thought it was a bit shabby round the edges. For all […] the bad points though, the location does make up for it a bit. Right next to Stamford Bridge, Chelsea's football ground and few minutes from Fulham tube station. When we went to our room it was a twin and not a double, which was in the basement with damp under the paint. Also there was only one cup and we had to ask for another plus tea bags, and the tv did not have a signal. When we complained they did move us to a double room which was satisfactory. Belle chambre spacieuse, grande fenêtre mais loin un peu des sites touristiques. Situé juste à côté du stade de Chelsea (éviter les soirs de matchs). Bonne qualité du service. Internet sans-fil très rapide pouvant desservir plusieurs ordinateurs ou portables.

Das Hotel liegt in direkter Nähe der U-Bahn Station Fulham Broadway. Von dort ist es ungefähr eine halbe Stunde bis ins direkte Zentrum (Tower Bridge, Westminster Abbey usw.). Die Zimmer sind mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, jedoch sehr stark verwohnt. Es wäre dringend ein Anstrich nötig und auch die Möbel haben schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel. Leider […] war das Zimmer nicht sauber und auch das Bad weißt einige größere Schimmelflecken auf. Der Kühlschrank war ebenfalls voll mit Schimmelflecken. Die Zudecken waren sehr vermodert und alt,ebenfalls der Teppich. Wir haben uns in unserem Zimmer nicht wohl gefühlt. Der Service war okay, die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag getauscht. Das Frühstück enthält nur das Nötigste (Croissants, Hamburgerbrötchen, Käse, Marmelade, Obst und Müsli) wobei die Qualität nicht die Beste ist (tw. waren die Sachen nicht geniessbar bzw. alt!!!). Und auch hier ist leider wieder das Problem der Sauberkeit, dass Geschirr beim Frühstück mussten wir des Öfteren tauschen oder zurückgeben. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, die Zimmer sind ruhig, obwohl die Hauptstraße direkt daneben liegt. Wir würden das Hotel jedoch nicht weiterempfehlen !!! Read more
