Its location close to the main beach area is great, 10min walking to the vaporetti station also. The room in the 2nd floor was nice but small going on to two balconies with nice views. When we arrived the guy just shrugged his shoulders like I'm sorry; it's too bad you don't get that room! Stayed for a weekend with my girlfriend in the off season, mid-October. Staff were very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were extremely pleasant, helpful & polite. Room was clean but small for a double but comfortable bed although hard pillows. Not enough drawers or cupboard space but wardrobe sufficed. Main doors to rooms have a 'slam shut' mechanism which causes a loud bang going in and out unless guided slowly by hand. An idea to let all guests know. I noticed fuses that appeared to marked CLIMO for such in fuseboard on landing were switched off. Re-circulating air duct switch did not actually operate and never heard unit in ceiling work. Har stannat en natt på hotellet och var jättenöjd. Hotellet ligger inom ca 5 minuters promenad från den båtstationen på Lido och är mycket lätt att hitta. Rummet vi fick var ganska stort, fint och fräscht. Personalen var trevlig. Frukost var också bra.

深夜リド島につくので船着き場から近く、徒歩で10分くらいで大通リに近いホテルを 予約しました。 リド島にはタクシーやバスがあったが深夜でタクシーは少なく私たちは乗れませんでした。しかたなく徒歩でホテルに向かいました、深夜でもあかるくひとどうりもあり、危険を感じずホテルまでいけました。 ホテルは深夜にも関わらず開いていてチェックインもスムーズですぐに部屋に入れました。 ホテルは清潔で、快適でした。 朝食は普通に品揃えもあり美味しかったです。 特にロケーションは船着き場から徒歩圏で翌日も夜になっての帰り時間になったので 2日つづけての徒歩での帰りになったので、近くて本当によかった。

Sehr schön renoviertes kleineres Haus mit allem, was nötig ist. Zentral auf dem Lido gelegen aber dennoch ruhig, Kurze Wege zum Strand, Supermarkt und Schiffsanleger. Der Parkplatz ist klein und wer sein Auto täglich benutzen will (was man dort normalerweise nicht braucht) könnte Probleme haben. Wir haben unser Auto bei der Anreise abgestellt und erst […] bei der Abreise wiedergeholt, das hat geklappt. Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit (it/en), das Frühstück eher einfach (Kaffee war gruselig). Tipp für Biennalebesucher und gute Fußgänger: wer bei den horrenden Vaporettopreisen etwas sparen will, sollte am Fahrkartenschalter das Ticket bis Giardini (Eingang zur Biennale, mittlerer Fußweg bis Arsenale) kaufen und unbedingt gleich die Rückfahrt mitkaufen, sonst geht es ihm wie uns: der Ticketschalter bei der Biennale was geschlossen, wir mussten auf dem Schiff die Karte kaufen. Dort wusste man angeblich nichts von dem Sonderpreis und verlangte für die 2 Stationen mehr als das Doppelte pro Person (auch für Kinder!!!!) Der Grund war, dass es auf dem Schiff diese Ticketgröße nicht gab. Eine mitfahrende ältere Venezianerin hat sich bei uns für die unverschämten Preise entschuldigt! Eintritt Biennale: Es gibt eine Familenkarte für 2 Erw und 2 Kinder. Wenn man nur ein Kind dabei hat, muss man voll bezahlen. Wir haben für 2 Nächte ein 3er Zimmer zum Übernachten gebucht (Platz knapp). Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. 5 Min. zur Schiffstation Lido um nach Venedi zu gelangen, und 5 Min. Fussmarsch zum öffentlichen Badestrand. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück hat die Auswahl beim Brot gefehlt (nur Weissbrot).
