It was fine but room was very noisy from outside traffic.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location downtown near Pike's Market. Rooms are very nice and quite reasonable considering the quality you get. The only downfall is there is no parking and it costs $34 for valet parking. Otherwise a great place and I would stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Unexpected quality service"
Hotel and room were great, but the front desk staff went out of their way. We were looking for a dinner suggestion. She (didn't get her name) suggested a location by the water, about 2 miles away. After a full day of sightseeing, we weren't in the mood to walk. Turns out the restaurant has a shuttle service. She called - they were busy but could bring […] us back to the hotel. Our option was a cab - she assured us the ride would be under $10. She call the cab, they were there in 5 minutes. And the fee was $7. Here is the kicker - once we sat down at the table she reserved for us at the restaurant, we received a 'complementary crab dip - courtesy of the hotel'. I haven't had that kind of service from anything less then the Four Seasons. I highly recommend this hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We loved the neighborhood. We found the staff very efficient and helpful. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. No rush to leave.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The whole family was in Seattle for a graduation, booked two rooms, even though each room had three people, everyone was very comfortable !! The rooms were spacious, clean, and the breakfast was great. The location was perfect, we will be back !Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location, Room and Service - But the WiFi..."
We had a corner suite, with a bedroom, large living room, and full kitchen - with dishwasher! There was a very comfortable fold-out couch in the living room, two desks, and a great king size bed in the private bedroom. The room was well furnished and had a lot of windows. The hotel is one block from the Seattle Convention Center, and a short walk to […] most downtown attractions. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best I've seen, and there was also a complimentary evening meal - nothing fancy, but nonetheless nourishing and satisfying. The one problem we had was the Free Wireless Internet. It was virtually useless. We changed rooms because we couldn't connect, and then in the second room, the signal was weak, and the service was the slowest I've seen in a hotel/motel EVER. I couldn't even use my email, much less stream a picture, etc. I had to leave the hotel and go to a wireless hot spot to access the Internet - very frustrating. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
I'm not sure the room was worth the price. I probably won't stay here again, but it was okay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice location, within walking distance from Pike Place and the Space Needle. Full breakfast is good. Clean. Would stay again.Genuine Expedia guest review
We found this hotel to be in a great location very large and spacious. This hotel is convenient to the cruise ports and pikes market which is a short walk downtown area and right next door to the convention center. The staff is excellent very courteous and very helpful. The rooms are very oversized closets are oversized the only thing that could use […] a little upgrading is the furniture itself otherwise kitchen is in beautiful condition new TVs and a very large bed. We would definitely stay here again when in Seattle! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel near capital hill, but.."
large size suites, 1br apartment sytle rooms, however; cosmetically it was in need of attention, stained furniture and torn leather couch cushion. AC was noisy and didn't work very well.. also, the shower's water pressure was highly unusable, might be better standing outside in the rain.. ended up just taking a bath to get clean.. I'd say it was an […] average hotel experience, but wasn't worth the 200 a night.. but I guess your paying for location more than anything. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel near the Convention Center."
Easy walk to the Convention Center and Pike Place Market. If you are in Seattle for more than a couple of days, get an Orca card to use the light rail, bus and streetcar. Walk up the hill a few blocks for some great food at Machiavelli's. Close to small markets.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great Hotel, I'll upgrade next time"
The hotel was great. It was located well on Pike st near much of what we wanted to see and visit, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only knock I have, and this is mostly my own fault, is that I booked a King non-suite, not paying much attention, and while the room size was very similar to that of most other normal hotel rooms, the bathroom […] was microscopic. I would definitely stay here again, but next time I'll get one of the suite rooms. Had I thought about it, I'd have upgraded if possible during check in, but I made the mistake. They had a pretty decent breakfast every morning, made sure housekeeping hit our room when I asked, and called me a taxi when I needed one. Overall happy, but my gf was less than enthused about the bathroom space, as I'm sure most women will agree. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good location for the price."
We were pleased with the value and location on the edge of Downtown Seattle. Other hotels in the area were more expensive and Homewood Suites had an excellent hot breakfast.Genuine Expedia guest review

Older hotel but served the purpose for a one night stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Our stay was fabulous. The room was better than we expected. The hotel staff was more than accommodating! We were close to everything. It was a great visit!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I was very happy with our stay. Room was very large and liked the way bathroom had two doors so kids did not have to come threw our room to go to bathroom. Jetted tub was a plus. We called to front desk twice for ice pack and towels. They followed up with call about hour or so later to make sure we had received what we needed.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Only problem we had was checking in. I had booked the hotel through hotels.com and prepaid. When we checked in, we were asked for a credit card that the front desk clerk told me would be billed an additional 50 dollars a night for extras. We were using nothing extra. I asked to speak with the front desk mgr. We waited what seemed like a really long […] time and she never came out from behind the door. Another front desk rep explained it better that the card would only be billed if something was broken or used. That there would simply be a hold for that amount on the card. No problem then. The free breakfast and dinner was terrific and saved us approximately 100 dollars a day. Really nice room, workout room, pool area and eating area. The location is so convenient. We walked everywhere! Terrific vacation. Great hotel! Thank you!!! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"SUCH a great place to stay!"
Great location ~ TWO meals provided Mon-Thurs, ONE breakfast every day, and they were sumptuous ~ pool was great ~ SO nice that they had inexpensive laundry facilities (front-loading!) ~ comfy beds, w/tons of pillows ~ bathrooms large and sparkling clean ~ great housekeeping ~ our 5 days were very quite, save for the occasional siren...no problem ~ […] very helpful, cheerful front desk ~ computer & printing available near front desk ~ heavy curtains blocked out all the light ~ the LINK and BUSES just around the corner - several nice, unusual restaurants just 1/2-block away (we recommend TANGO, tapas bar) ~ local "markets" very expensive, so we walked 6 blocks to QFC for groceries ~ if you come from a state w/no sales tax, remind all your cashiers so you get that same privilege in Washington (but they don't tell you that) ~ and BEST of all was the RATE - - which we thought was completely suitable given all the amenities of this hotel. It will be our choice in the future when we travel to Seattle. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice suite, great location"
This was a great location for walking around, down to Pike Place Market, and up and around Capitol Hill. Loved the size, layout and homey feel of the suite. Room was rather loud, due to being right over the street and freeway below, but I brought earplugs. Door to my balcony did not close/lock properly, but otherwise the hotel seemed well maintained. "Wonderful hotel, kinda"
There were 3 adults so the configuration was perfect - 1 private bedroom & sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom had 2 entrances - bedroom & living room - which was very convenient. We enjoy the conveniences of the kitchen, esp to keep our water bottles cold. Only con - my son said the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great price, about 7 blks to market"
I stayed here because the price was very good for something downtown. The room with a little strange because the bathroom is far from the bedroom, but it was nice overall. On the fifth floor I did hear quite a bit of street noise in the evening and early morning. Breakfast was your standard hotel buffet with hot and cold options. It was an easy seven […] block walk to pike place market and $32 uber ride to airport. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Above and Beyond...."
We arrived very early in the day in Seattle and did not expect to be able to check in to our hotel but hoped they would keep our luggage while we checked out the city. The Light Rail took us to just a couple blocks away from the hotel and allowed us to walk the short distance. Upon arrival the staff was more than friendly and allowed us to check in […] 5 hours early! Our room was very nice and clean and had a wonderful view. The hotel is just a short distance from Pike Place market and is walking distace to the waterfront where the aquarium and ferris wheel are located. The breakfast was much better than I expected and was always served by a warm, smiling face, The welcome home dinner is served Monday thru Friday was absolutely wonderful. Definately a money saver if you are traveling on a budget. I stopped by the front desk before we left to let them know how wonderful the service was when we were there. I could not believe how nice the staff was and how eager they were to help. Hope to stay there again when I return to this beautiful city. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Loud freeway noise, nice kitchen and bathroom, but couch was old and falling apart. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel provided a decent breakfast each morning and light dinner each evening at no extra cost.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The stay was fine, room clean. BUT $40 to park over night? That was a surprise. They don't tell you that when making reservation.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"overall. not so grand adventure."
to start out, i called 2 times to confirm the reservation because i went through this website and was told i was getting a different room both times .then given a different -and smaller- room than what i was told. the room was the clean except the dishes in the kitchen the pans had some burned stuff them. and someone came into our room while we were […] away and took our frying pan and ruffled through some of our stuff. the food was depressing the one Thursday dinner we ate there, and all 3 mornings we stayed. and i was charged much more than the original price i was told when we booked. overall i will probably finding a new hotel to stay at next time i am in the seattle area. "not what I expected"
It was a nice hotel, but when I booked a $150+ suite with a kitchenette, I thought it might be a little bigger. I also didn't think a hotel that requires you to use your key card to use the elevator, would have rooms so close to street level that I could have gotten into my room without going through the lobby and minimal effort. The remote in the bedroom […] hardly worked for the tv, and had no sleep timer. Overall it was a decent room, just not what I was expecting. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not exactly as advertised"
The location was great. Hallways reeked of smoke. Had to take 2 elevators to get to our room. Room was advertised as a king suite with a single bed. "Single bed" was actually a fold out couch. Room had been recently updated. No tv programming suitable for kids. Great corner grocery store that carried anything you might need. Fabulous restaurants across […] the street. "Lots of road noise"
Don't miss dinner at Tango (Spanish tapas or paella for a group) across the street. Rooms are spacious (for downtown!) and updated. Breakfast is real food, eggs, meat, potatoes, though not piping hot. It Is right by the freeway and I was surprised at how much road noise (dull roar) comes through the windows.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Beautiful Spacious Room. Great location."
Very impressed with the room. Absolutely huge and comfortable. Would definitely go back. Only thing was that the fire escapre made it a bit noisy with wind noise. Maybe the door could be sealed more.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Service was good but need to tell that parking is $34 plus tax. Room was loud from I-5 at night. Coffee supplies were not restocked the next day. Read the reviews prior to booking so expected better for the cost.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Fair value for money"
Check in very smooth, staff very helpful and accommodating. Room clean, but bed was soft and springy. Shower had great temp/pressure. A couple of items in room needed attention, a simple call to front desk was all it took. Front desk even followed up next day with phone call. Included Breakfast was good. Gameroom/cabana/pool clean. Only downside […] is expensive parking, hotel CAN control price, no need for $41+ per day. $126+40(parking) =$166 per night. OK deal... Not bad but not great. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"two words: THEE PLACE:)"
I enjoyed it from the minuet I arrived. The welcoming atmosphere from the ballet staff, the front desk services, the great FREE food AND drinks, the kitchen staff, to room service. My partner and I loved the view we had. Believe it or not, I-5 is clearly in sight of this hotel but you get what you pay for and believe me I got what I paid for. They did […] not build this building cheap. We enjoyed a great night of rest each night we stayed there (3 nights). From the double glass windows (great at blocking out ALL the noise), to the comfy pillows, bed, and blankets, to the great floor plan of the suit (1 king with 1 bed). All I have to finish off is by saying.. this is THEE PLACE and I will only be staying at this hotel when I travel to Seattle. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
