Overall good nights stay. Pool and breakfast made up for the cost of the room. Rooms seemed a little dated and small. It served its purpose.

My family planned a stop in Hershey on way back to Virginia from a trip and knew we would be getting in close to closing time for the outlets, Chocolate World, and Troegs Brewery, and decided to spend what I thought was a bit much for a Comfort Inn to be close. The ratings here were a big factor. For $176 we got a room with clean beds and bathrooms, […] which is what one would expect for that amount of money. We also got a candy-sticky stain on the carpet, paper-thin walls, lots of noise, and a water pressure noise from the shower that was akin to a jet engine. I walked down the hall to the elevator while my son was taking a shower, and could hear it in the elevator, no joke. Good thing we slept a bit later than expected! Most of the hotels close to the park/outlets are overpriced, and there are numerous good selections just 10-15 minutes away in Grantville or even the outskirts of Harrisburg. Anyone planning a trip to Hershey should think a few times before paying what we paid (no doubt it will be even more once school is out) for this Comfort Inn. Read more

I enjoyed my short stay here. The pool was available and was enjoyable late at night. The front desk was helpful in any questions I had and check-in/check-out was quick. The continental breakfast had a variety of options from cereal to eggs and sausage to waffles and english muffins! The room was alright for a budget hotel. This was our second stay at this hotel. It was only one night as it's half way to our destination. The location of this hotel is excellent. There are lots of restaurants, shops, and outlets close by. My key cards for two rooms didn't work, the person at reception was a bit rude, and there were no tables at breakfast so I had to bring a plate up to my room. The maintenance man who helped with my key issues was very nice and accommodating and the room was clean.

Worst part of the hotel was the signage, we found it difficult to find parking lot as signs are small and no arrows to point direction. Room was nice. Daughter used indoor pool which was clean. Free breakfast was surprisingly good too!

Rooms in desperate need of renovation. Furniture, bathrooms, and all need total revamp. Was close to Hershey park which was convenient but I wish I had spent about 50 more and stayed somewhere else or drove out further and saved money. Not worth the price at all.

Hard to find...they need better signs to find this hotel! Why dont they spend a few dollars and put up better signs?? Im baffled by this... Also, we checked into 2 adjoining rooms and one was filthy / used towels/ garbage/messy/ not cleaned. I called down and they said they would send someone up. But i knew that would not happen, so i went downstairs […] and they switched our rooms immediatley, and the young lady at the desk was very apologetic and sweet and helpful. Then the new rooms were fine. The breakfast was terrific...lots to choose and lots of great food. The ducks outside are adorable!!!! The hotel is relatively new, and looks nice when you pull up. The hotel was disappointing. The hotel was not even half occupied and they put us directly in front of noisy elevator. The bathroom is tiny with thin door. Everyone can hear you in there. Also, the sink is in the room, not the bathroom. All in all, I would not stay there again. Only good thing I found was the breakfast.

Honestly, the only thing I found "uncomfortable " were the pillows. My boyfriend and I woke up with sore necks and backs... but it was gone shortly. The hotel is like 5 min away from the park, chocolate world, and hotel Hershey. About a 7-10 minute drive downtown. Extremely close to fudruckers, red robin, and weis pharmacy/grocery store. The only good things about this hotel are the location (close to Hershey Park and restaurants) and the helpful staff. It was very hot when we visited Hershey and the air conditioner in our room did not work. The hotel sent someone to check it out as soon as we complained, and the unit was actually replaced, but the replacement did not work very well […] at all. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. This was our first time at a Comfort Inn, and what a great experience! The cleanliness, friendliness of the employees was so welcoming. We were closer than we had thought to Hershey park, and didnt even need the shuttle bus! The breakfast buffet was wonderdful as well! A definite MUST!!!

Breakfast at the hotel was a big tough though. Food was good, but since the hotel was pretty well booked, there was a long line to get food and not enough seats to accommodate […] everyone. Hotel did nothing wrong, as I'm sure they can't plan for all guests to have breakfast at the same time. However, there should have been more staff or signs to guide guests in the direction that the various lines formed for the different breakfast food stations. I wasn't looking for luxury or perfection, just a clean and convenient place to crash between sessions at Hershey. In that respect, this Comfort Inn totally fit the bill. I have only one major complaint, and that is the check-in time of 4:00. Really? 4:00? I have never encountered a check-in that late. ANd even the few times when I've had a 2:30 or […] 3:00 check-in, staffs of other hotels have tried to accommodate us if rooms were available. Rooms WERE available here, but the staff did not give one minute of leeway. 4:00 check-in, and not a minute earlier. So...around 30 families had to wait in an uncomfortably long line waiting for rooms, and then elevators, as the staff moved slowly through the process. This was our second time staying in this hotel. We like its surroundings (its in a secluded area with a nice duck pond) and its proximity to Hershey Park. The rooms are standard with nothing fancy. Clearly, we liked the hotel well enough to visit it a second time. However, the noise level was much worse from other guests the second time. We heard families […] with their kids roaming the hallways until midnight. Then, we woke up early the next morning from listening to the family next to us having their conversations and waking their kids through walls that are apparently not sound proof. When that family finally left and I thought we would finally have some quiet to get another hour of sleep, the family on the other side of or room decided to wake up and have their morning routine for all to hear in our bedroom. Frankly, unknown to us we may have been bothering the guests next to us when we were laughing in our rooms while watching late night tv. The continental breakfast is good as is the parking area.
