Clean comfortable room, friendly helpful staff. Breakfast with eggs and meat as well as carbs. Hotel is right next to freeway on one side and a block from train tracks on the other. Some noise is heard on either side. Not enough to interrupt sleep, but noticable

Me, my wife and our younger two girls stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks while visiting L.a.. It was our second time to L.A and we were quite pleased with our stay. The hotel is good for it's price and the complimentary breakfast does the trick any day. However I wished we had choosen a hotel located closer to the beaches and the action as we […] did the 1st time around. Evening traffic in L.A can be terrible and you must be aware of this. The area is full of chinese restaurant the the hotel was mainly full with eastern people. Close and convient to Walmart and other shoppings, free internet definetely a plus from wife, and I even used the gym in the hotel. My worst experience in any hotel staying. We couldn't sleep the first night because of the highway noise. I requested to change to a different room, and was told to pay $15 more for an upgrade. After reading other comments, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, spaciousness, etc. of the room. The price was reasonable, for sure. The only challenge would be sounds from the freeway nearby. So, I would recommend earplugs for that at night if you're a light sleeper. We got a room on the non-freeway side but could still hear train noise. This is a high Asian neigborhood with many restaurants near by and alot of traffic congestion around the shoppong center. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, comfortable beds, and hot breakfast.

We were very happy with our stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, spacious and pleasant. The area was quiet and it was easy to get to. There were lots of good restaurants nearby. We'd love to stay there again.Oh, and the continental breakfast was excellent.

The location is good and the hotel is good; however, there is a lot of event in the hotel. Sometimes, it is very difficult to book the room. There's a lot of Asian food surrounding the hotel and it is a good hotel to close to the Asian restaurant.

We had three different rooms during the visit.. The first one on the third floor was occupied when our key opened the door - talk about shocking the people inside! The second room on the second floor we were given was not ready and in the process of being cleaned and was not the room type that we ordered. We got alot of appologies but no offers or a reduction of cost or anything special due to the fact that we walked three flights of stairs before we were able to get to the "Final Desitination". We only spent one night here, but I was really impressed by how clean the rooms were. I've stayed at some 4-5 star hotels that were not as clean as this one. We stayed on the street side, I can see how the freeway side would be really noisy. Breakfast not bad, but you also have many resturants nearby. The price was right.

Good value, great breakfast, noisy location next to freeway. No fridge in room :-(. Very cramped bathroom. Barely enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Air in room was kind of stuffy, smelled like it had been smoked in.

Good experience. Clean and large space. Air condition is very loud. The breakfast is a bit simple, consider the hotel location is near the very busy Chinese shop/restaurant area, we didn't eat the breakfast at hotel during our stay.
