"Odd bathrooms, expensive parking, great beds"
overall ok, but was inappropriately told the valet was the same cost as the self pay parking, which added almost $60 to costs for the 3 nights. We celebrated my husbands birthday in chi. The Sofitel was nice. Nice bathroom but no refrigerator is disappointing. You can request one from the front desk though, we found out halfway through our stay. Wish the room had more of a sitting area also. Concierge service was great; very helpful.
