RIVERSIDE HOTEL SOUTH BANK - Brisbane

My husband and I stayed for one night. We had to find the hotel from the train station in the city. It is about a 15 -20min walk from central station and most of it is uphill! If you arn't very fit, catch a taxi. Hotel was lovely, nice pool on the roof, rooms were cosy and I'd recommend eating food at the bar as you get big portions for alot cheaper than the restaurant in the hotel.

I rented the 2 bedroom apartment for a 2 night stay in Brisbane, for my wife and I, and another couple we were traveling with. The location was great, it was a short walk to Brisbane's China Town, and a short drive to the shopping/food district. The room was on a higher floor and had spectacular views of the city and some bridges from the enormous balcony. The apartment was older, it didn't feel incredibly clean, in fact, i found hair in the sheets when getting ready to sleep that night. Looking past that, everything else was perfect. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and it was close to a market to stock up on supplies for the rest of the trip. Overall, i recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice hotel. I would stay there again. It's a small town feel. Reception was very helpful. The rooms are extremely well kept.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. We wanted a kitchen/kitchenette to cook meals and the kitchen was excellent. Bed was comfortable, location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. A minor nag is the wi-fi is a tad pricey for what you get. However, if you are willing to walk 5 minutes, you can get free wi-fi in the park or the square. Would definitely stay again.
