It was OK for a night's sleep and the price was right. Very clean but sparse. Breakfast left alot to be desired.

The room was decent. The wallpaper in the bathroom was starting to peel and the shower rod was loose so the curtain wouldn't stay closed. Told the front desk on the first night but it didn't get fixed during the 3 days I was there. Big room and good temp. I could hear noises from other rooms but it quieted down after 10 pm. TV only has about 12 channels […] but mostly the popular ones. The indoor pool was small and the water a little on the cool side. The breakfast in the lobby is limited but for less than $50 a night it was enough. I'll stay again. Read more

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Non smoking rooms are clean and hotel is generally quiet. I ti s a good and inexpensive place to get some rest between dives at the mine just down the street.

I was pleasantly surprised. It was more than I expected with a small frig. & a safe. The staff was very pleasant & accommodating. There was a very adequate continental breakfast. There also was at least 3 eating places within walking distance, and even more with a short drive. I was there for a class reunion in a near-by town & the commute was about […] 12 mi. It was adequate for what we needed. The room smelled funny and the carpet squishy. I was happy I didn't have the kids w/us. One bottle of shampoo, one small bar of soap, and no tissues. Reasonably priced for what it was. The pool looked nice and clean, sorry we didn't get a chance to use it.

Went with family and stayed at super 8 and it was fantastic. Excellent laundry facilities. Couldn't ask more of the staff. They practally doded over us like a new born baby. I would recommend staying here any chance you get.. The price was fantastic too. You go and have fun no worries.

The hotel was comfortable enough. The a/c was fine. The price was fair. Not enough cable channels, especially for kids. The pool is small and water was on the chilly side. What is up with an ashtray in a nonsmoking room? The halls on our second floor smelled of cigarette smoke.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, but the room did not have a table to put a computer on. There was a small refrigerator. The breakfast was very disappointing but there is a Huddle house next door that you could walk to. We mainly picked this hotel because we were traveling with a small dog, and the cost was economical.

Family and I stayed for one night for a trip to the mines. Hotel is older but in good shape, nothing fancy. Our room was a smoking room and I knew that in advance so I can not complain about the odor. But there was a large odor of smoke in the room. Indoor pool is very small but the kids and I had fun in it. Not bad for a cheap overnight spot.

I am from Bonne Terre and expected a warm and welcoming stay. I stayed 5 days with my family of 4. Our room was only serviced twice the entire time. Teen boys staffed the hotel at night and hung out in front of the hotel with their buddies instead of staffing the front desk. My complaints were never given to management until I spoke with the manager […] on the final day of my stay. Because of the lack of cleaning there were spiders in my tub. Piles of towels piled up and I had to constantly request extra towels. Despite multiple complaints housekeeping did not service my room. Management was rude. We had to request milk and breakfast goods each morning and after sighs and eye rolls received the breakfast. When I finally spoke to her about my stay and my complaints she was rude, made every excuse about why my stay was bad and did not offer to comp me anything. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and the pillows were so tiny and flat. I left annoyed, frustrated, and with a literal pain in the neck from the terrible beds/pillows. Unfortunately this is one of the only hotels in Bonne Terre so I recommend staying a few miles away in Desloge. This one is definitely not what it claims to be. I had a very enjoyable stay at the motel. The facility was clean and the staff was courteous and professional. The room was comfortable and housekeeping was excellent although the matress was softer than I prefer and squeaky. I felt secure and enjoyed the continental breakfast. A great value from Hotels.com.

Other than the check in process, everything else was fine. Location was great and there was a Huddle house next door, as well as a regular restaurant. I definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel in the Park Hills, Bonne Terre area.

When we arrived there were only 3 towel sets in the room and we had 4 people. We asked for towels and they said they would bring them as soon as they came out of the dryer. They did not we had to ask again he next morning and each day we only received 3 towels and we had to ask for them each day. This hotel is located in the middle of Bonne Terre. Close to fast food and Super Walmart. The hotel is alittle smelly, but I come from a state that doesn't permit smoking inside, so it is probably just the musty smell of cigerettes, not a dirty place. The pool was inside, which was good.
