This hotel fit our needs perfectly! It was very easy to find, being at the intersection of two major roads. This however did it make it a little noisy at night, but nothing more than one is to expect when within a city. Not a good deal for the price. Air conditioner cycled on and off all night long, with a lot of clicking in between. Kept waking us up. Manager apologized, but never offered to change rooms (maybe the rest of the rooms had the same problem). Promised to have it fixed the next time we came (hah).

The first two days they did not clean my room at all. Nor did they replace my towels. I had to call the front desk to ask for service. The first night they came and changed my sheets and replaced my towels at 9pm while I was in my room. The second night they did not clean nor replace any items. I called the front desk while I was out on the third night. […] I asked if my room had been cleaned yet. The lady at the front desk stated that it was not clean but she would send someone to clean it. When I returned two hours later my room was still not cleaned. The following day I went and spoke with the manager. I complained about what transpired. The manager stated that since I left my room after 1pm that they do not clean rooms after that. I told him that they need to make guest aware that if they leave their room after a certain time it won't be cleaned. The manager stated, "I have never had this problem before"! Room was very basic (NOT a 3.4 star!) Paint and a little bit of blood on shower curtain. With very minimal continental had to listen to tv, other guests with pretty foul language. Did not feel safe, ended up having my son stay with me. Fence behind hotel was broken down in several spots

The hotel looks old and creepy outside but the room is pretty good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. I chose to stay here because it's close to highway and Rosemont transit station, so I can take the transit to downtown Chicago without facing the city's horrible traffic.

The room was ok but they could put more towels in the room besides 2 since there was 4 of us in there. They never came and changed the sheets for the whole weekend we were there. I don't think they changed them since the last people as we found hair bows and other stuff left in the beds.

Well, good hotel if you want to stay one night for cheap. For more then that - a big no-no. Bathroom was really dark, toilet was not flushing right, very noisy if you end up in a room facing the busy main street. Wi-Fi has really weak signal.

Great location - close to O'Hare (with own transport). The front desk lady was SO helpful with directions, adivce, etc when asked. She went above and beyond, and is to be commended for that. Also, I got there at 9:30am and they allowed me to check-in with no extra charge, and even offered me use of the breakfast buffet if I wanted to (but I wasn't hungry!). […] The next morning, the breakfast buffet was very adequate - at least there were some healthier options there too, and not just waffles and coffee. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, but the conditions of the room were not quite up to par. A couple of pieces of furniture and appliances were not in the greatest shape, but customer service makes up for that. Everything was clean, just outdated and maybe needing some cosmetic work.
