My wife and I were pleased with the quality of the hotel. Our room was very clean and the employees were nice and helpful. The breakfast was also good with a lot of choices. We will stay here again.

Great location - loved the IHOP which is attached. Great room - felt safe. Great Mexican restaurant next door too. All kinds of commerce close by.

The desk person was quite nice, but the condition of the motel was deplorable. Walls, carpet, bathrooms were disgusting. Bug crawling in bathtub as we arrived. Carpets were sticky dirty.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Terrible"
I went to check in after i had gotten off work at 2:30 am after I had booked and paid two days earlier only to find they had already given it to someone else. When I inquired why that was the case, the lady in the office told me, "Well it is way past the reservation time." That would not have upset me so much except I HAD ALREADY PAID THE ROOM IN FULL. "meeting husband."
For what I paid it was a great little hotel. It is in the middle of the truck.stops but as I was meeting my trucker husband it was great. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. The heat worked, as it was freezing that night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"A Hotel Horror Movie"
The headboard fell on me when I sat down on the bed, there were holes in the comforter, the sink faucet moved around, the toilet clunked back and forth when you sat down on it, the shower made a shrill noise, and our non-smoking room had obviously been smoked in. This hotel was rated a 4 when I booked it. Now it is rated a 2. Misguided buy rating. Rooms offer bare essentials. Tv is small with damaged remote and kinsman are old and itchy. Pillows are flat and air conditioner came on whenever it felt like. The hotel grounds had no landscaping maintenance and hotel staff did not have a proffessional appearance. "Typical Roadside Motel"
This is a typical roadside motel, in Newnan GA, about 45 minutes south of Atlanta. Small pool in back, with 2 floors of rooms. Rooms were clean and relatively up-to-date considering the price and the fact that this is a motel, not a full service hotel. Rooms have thin walls, making for some annoying adjoining room noises. A small 'breakfast' in the […] lobby, consisting of some juices, muffins, grits, and coffee provided from 6-9 am. All in all a good choice if you just need a room in this area for a night or 2, but considering that there is really not much else in the direct vicinity of this hotel, if you wanted to stay in Newnan, would choose something closer to the town center. "Cheap motel but not really clean with many roaches."
