One of the cleanest Hotels we have stayed at. We requested a frig and microwave in our room and they were there when we arrived. The ladies that were serving us in the complimentary breakfast area were very accomidating and SO friendly!! The breakfast was very satisfying, from waffles to oatmeal, bagels, biscuits and gravy, fruit, and much more! Pool area very clean! The location of the hotel is the BEST. It is right off the highway, without the noise and close to all the restaurants and shopping! I have stayed there 3 separate times in the past 5 years. Highly recommened!!!

Room was clean and in good condition. The only complaints are that the hot water takes over 10 minutes to heat up during the night and that vehicles on the highway can be heard easily when the room was quiet. Would recommend a room on the back side of the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Condition was good, it was better than I expected from a Super 8. Had not stayed at this location in a very long time. They have remodeled since that visit many years ago. Restaurants are nearby. It is close to the highway for easy access.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The room was very clean and they had done some remodeling. The bathroom was all new and done not cheaply. However, the beds were very uncomfortable the mattresses were cheap with no padding on top.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Ashland Super-8"
I stayed here for a weekend. It is EASY to get to. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. A microwave and mini-fridge helped me keep "eating out" costs down; but there were restaurants nearby. "Super 8 motel in Ashland,OH."
The stay was comfortable and convenient but the A/c and heating system was not working properly. We needed a little heat which it supplied but then would cycle to cold air,etc. System was noisy also.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Super 8 Ashland Ohio"
After checking in, we made our way to the room only to find out that the room reserved for me was a single bed room (either through an error of mine, or a computer glitch). Being as I had my wife and 2 teenage kids with me, this was a problem. I went to the front desk and explained my issue, and after 5-10 minutes, she was able to accommodate us with […] a room with 3 beds, albeit a smoking room. The smell was a bit strong (she said that room with the 3 beds hadn't been rented out in a while), but the room was clean and the beds marginally comfortable. There were no soaps or shampoo in the room. I'm sure had I gone to the desk, she would have obliged, but a quick trip to the WalMart super center a few blocks away and half a can of FeBreeze later, the smell was much better. The first room that was booked for us (the single bed non smoking room) was in excellent condition, with no foul odors and very clean. The front parking lot was well lit, but the back lot was a bit dark and secluded. Overall, this was a good hotel for an overnight stay on our way to the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Race in Norwalk, Ohio, with plenty of access to convenience stores, restaurants, and a large WalMart.
