The customer service was real good for our stay. The bed was smaller than expected. I think it was a 3/4 size, which was a touch rough for 2 adults. It was also not the most comfortable bed. The location was nice, with 2 good hotels within walking distance.

$1.50 for a CAN of coca cola. The pillows were flat as paper and the front desk did not have extra. The heater worked great eveb tho it was hard to find a happy medium, I was either too hot or too cold. Overall it was an ok night.

The Staff Was Exceptional. They Went Out Of There Way To Make My Stay Perfect. Our Room Was Clean And Comfortable. Only complaint. Wish the phone was on end table lol minor fix. Also The Staff Gave Us Refrigerator. For our extended. Stay . I really can't say enough. But thank you .

Stayed at the hotel from Sunday to Monday, just an overnight stay for a concert. I booked this hotel and then noticed that there were some iffy reviews of the hotel. I arrived at the hotel not knowing what I would be expecting. The gentleman at the check in was very nice and accomodating, he asked if we wanted a room on the first or second floor, we […] chose the second floor. We were on the end opposite of the check in. The room was clean, not the most up to date room, but clean none the less. The tv, although it was an lcd, was a little bit snowy. Bathroom shower had good pressure and was clean. The only downfall to the hotel was that it is located next to the train tracks and I was awakened twice during the night. Our side of the hotel was close to the tracks. We only slept here. Older motel in need of a good cleaning and repair, but the rooms were clean. Mattress was hard and pillows were flat. Complimentary breakfast was ok. We were in a non smoking room, but can smell smoke from other guests.

We booked a non-smoking room and when we arrived we were given a room on the second floor. The next morning we were awakened by cigarette smoke. All of their smoking rooms are on the ground floor. Smoke rises, people! Not a good set up for travelers expecting a non-smoking room.

This hotel is located right beside a railway track -- with trains and honk in the night in a dodgy neighbourhood. Secondly, the air con unit was located right beside the bed, and the unit was noisy and ran the entire night (ie. it never when off when the desired tempature was achieved). Overall, not a place for a good nights sleep.

The girl at the front desk in the evening was on her personal phone, had personal vistors and away from the desk in the back smoking and on her phone, leaving the lobby empty on my arrival. There was no control on the noise level at night. It sounded like a party was going on in the hall on the frist night I was there.

I did not have any problem with the stay here. But i felt that its not for a family to stay. Its ok to spend a night there but its not clean and comfy room. Also the lady attender at the reception was very rude and not welcoming. I wont recommend family to stay here. For bachelors its ok

Very basic hotel. No amenities like pool or fitness room. Building is a bit run down, but not scary run down. Our room was clean; the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of floor space for my morning exercises. Easy access to Rte 190 making it very easy to get to downtown Buffalo and to Niagara Falls. Not very sound proof. Could hear the people […] walking around above us. I would suggest requesting a room at the back. The breakfast is VERY basic. Two Greek restaurants a short walk from the hotel. Lisa was great! Made us welcome, like one of the family. Very helpful. There's a river walk about a mile or so from the hotel. Great for your morning run or walk. The hotel is clean! Staff was friendly. Good location to Buffalo and the Falls. Breakfast - Not much/ no place to eat! It is an old hotel - the AC did not work well. The bed and especially the pillows were bad!
