"Better than I expected"

"About what you'd expect"
Limited choice in small town visiting a friend in the hospital. Clean but tattered and worn linens; cigarette burns in bedspread tells you how old it was. But obvious pride in cleanliness and the manager that checked me in, Lisa, was very nice and a really hard worker in constant motion cleaning, straightening, wiping, mopping, etc. Wifi free and reliable. "The place to stay in Clinton!"
Upon arriving, we were told the only place to stay was the Super 8, freshly renovated, plenty of parking and much less expensive than the Best Western which to our understanding has none of the above. One note, make sure you have reservations as this place was booked up after we got our room, two weekends in July and they had to turn guest away.Genuine Expedia guest review
