"Not going again"

It was really bad no remote for tv bad shower head broken ac over priced and not a nice place to stay unless you have to or travel and dont care i would expect more for my money

First off, in order to follow San Antonio's water conservation code, they require you to palce your fecal covered toilet paper in a waste basket because the toilets cant handle the paper (talk about unsanitary and disgusting). Second, upon our arrival, my son had to use the rest room, numer 1 only and the toilet over flowed. 3rd, I try taking a shower and the know falls clean off. 4th, the fans in the bathroom... inop, go figure. 5th, ok ready for bed, oh did someone shave their back on our sheets? Or, were they just not washed? Last complaint from me, the AC unit sounded extremely aweful all night long (TX, so yes it has to be on) Upon check out, overheard guest complaining of ticks in his room, only response from check out clerk "I don't understand how that could have happened". Very disappointing stay. Will never stay at that hotel again.

The hotel was comfortable and very conveniently located to Sea World. However, for the price of the room, I expected a better experience with service and cleanliness.
