The room was fairly clean, though the non-smoking rooms were directly across the hall from the smoking rooms. I checked in in the evening, and the front desk worker was unimpressive. I got no information about check-out time or hotel amenities. The room itself was nice enough--the bathroom was big, but the towels are very cheap and rough. Nothing in […] the room was plugged in when I arrived and one of the two remote needed to work the TV and cable was missing. The first night, I received a phone call in my room, telling me the computer system was down and they needed all of my reservation information again. As I began to give the man on the phone my information, I became suspicious and went to the front desk. They told me no one from the hotel had called. While this scamming incident was certainly not the fault of the hotel, the front desk staff didn't seem too bothered that this happened to one of their guests. I would have hoped they would show some concern, offer to call the police, etc. Cups and coffee packets in the room were never replaced even though they were used. I asked for my sheets to be replaced on the third night by putting the little placard on the bed saying I wanted the sheets changed--I had spilled on them. When I returned that night to sleep, the bed was made, but the sheets had not been changed--the stain was still there. The first room they give us was on the second floor . The floor of the room had a bow in it or you could say it was bowl shaped . We ask for another room and they give us one on the main level . The pool area wasn't very nice at all . Dirty , too warm , poor lighting and no towels were out [ had to ask] . Continental breakfast ended too early . We had a wonderful stay, However there were two ppl in the room or two days and only two bath towels were provided. I feel like there shold always be 4 towels in the room and not have to ask especially when it's a two night booking. Other than that the stay was fantastic. The staff more than friendly.

Hotel had a lot of great amenities: microwave, fridge in room...The room seemed dirty, the couch was broken, the mattress seemed older than Andrew Jackson, etc...My wife tried to do some laundry; they should have tossed the washer and dryer out 5 years ago. It was barely adequate for an overnight stay. Corridors had a distinctive bad odor. Room and property was not in top condition. Staff was friendly enough, but not well informed about the motel. There was a water leak in public restroom and ice machine on first floor was not working.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of choices and the dining area was very clean. We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area.

For a budget hotel, this was fine. The staff was friendly. The TV had a great selection. AC cooled just fine. Felt safe. What else could you ask for? Free wifi, they have it also.

This is our second time at this particular property and as wonderful as the first. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers especially those on a budget as we are as retirees. Spent 3 days visiting grandkids and hotel was very comfortable.

We were so impressed with how large our room was, and the pool was great! Our children had a wonderful time. We would just have liked larger pool towels. It was very comfortable and the staff was very welcoming. We would definitely stay again.
