We got bumped up to a family suite Wichita was fanominal. Would definitely stay again. The queen beds were too hard for our comfort but decent beds. As for the rest we were there in off season and just stayed night to see glacier national park the next day. (Only 10 min away from glacier west entrance). So can't account for the rest of resort, grounds, staff […] etc. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best of the West....Glacier"
went with friends to see Glacier Park and stay the night before heading to Whitefish. the hotel upgraded us to a family style suite for free with an electric wood stove, full kitchen, three beds, and a couch. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A wonderful getaway"
This room was clean, the layout fabulous, I would recommend anyone to stay here. Top rate and price was fantastic.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay"
Wonderful staff, great room at a great price. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that you cannot control the heat. The only thing you could do was to use the AC to cool the room down. Other than that the room was excellent. We will be going back this summer!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"good hotel for a "base camp""
we used this as a base camp for visiting family in the area & exploring Glacier & the flathead valley. Te kitchenette made it easy to make food & keep expenses down. Not a fancy place, but cute & clean with friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel, close to West Glacier"
We mainly only stayed at night because we had plenty of exploring to do in the day. Didn't mind that there wasn't a pool.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel close to glacier national park."
very friendly staff, upgraded to larger suite with no charge, lots of room. Bed was a bit firm. Plenty of space with kitchenette, cable tv, snack type breakfast, close to amenities in Columbia falls and whitefishGenuine Expedia guest review
"Warm room on a bitter, bitter, cold weekend."
While it was bitter cold outside it was warm and comfortable in the room. I was there for only one night and during the off-season so I am sure I would have gotten more out of the place were it warm and things open later. That said, I am very glad I took the room and it was an overall stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"West Glacier gateway motel"
This was my favorite motel during my October visit to Glacier National Park. People in the office were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a family suite with 3 double beds, 1 bathroom, and full kitchen. Location is about 15 minutes from West Glacier with a rented car. Grocery stores and restaurants within easy driving distance. Nearly everything […] that you need can be found in Columbia Falls. Kalispell and Whitefish are a short drive away for extended shopping. The motel is an older motel and decorated to give one a feel of home away from home, safe, clean and comfortable. Free wi-fi, although signal was inconsistant at times. I would stay here again to revisit West Glacier. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Off-season visit, so the hotel was missing some of the amenities, but was still a nice, clean place to stay, especially for the off-season price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Glacier Park Hotel in Columbia Falls"
We booked this room for a GNP visit on Oct 19th, 2014. The hotel is located close to the park entrance which is convenient, but that was about the only highlight. We were given room #39...If you book this hotel, do not accept this room!!! It's not located in the main building, appears to have been added to the inventory and hasn't been maintained. The […] floor was swept, but the wall moldings were very dirty. The single rug didn't appear to have been well vacuumed. The lighting was a large white fluorescent on the ceiling, with a small lamp on the table...either blindingly bright or very dim in the room. The bed was soft with a somewhat "taco" feel to it...seemed I was always trying to roll away from the middle. The hotel's located on Hwy 2 East, which is very busy with large truck traffic all night, consequential it's very noisy and made sleeping tough. Overall, this room was unsatisfactory, the others may be better. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
This was a great little hotel for the price. The two separate rooms worked well for our family providing enough space for everyone. The hot water situation was a bit of a problem. It just didn't ever get hot, warm, yes, but there was no nice hot shower to be had even after the water running for quite some time.:( The location was perfect. It is just […] about halfway between Glacier Park and Whitefish. The snack bags in our room were such a comfort and a great treat. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"nice clean place...."
we found this hotel and was impressed iwth the facility.... laundry on site, very nice large room We ended up staying for three nights (originally planned on one)... good location twixt Kalispel, Whitefish, and west entrance to Glacier national park. would stay againGenuine Expedia guest review
"Decent hotel, this was my second stay here"
PROS:good location, friendly staff, spacious room, plenty parking CONS: did not include breakfast at the lobby as promised, but to low occupancy, they gave me pre-packed breakfast instead, unstable and slow WiFi, lobby is only open between certain hour (12pm-6pm?) during low seasonGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice old hotel"
The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean but old. The shower handle just turned and turned, so you had to turn back and forth to find warm water. The wifi was not good either. This would be a perfect hotel for people with kids...Big kitchen in the room I was in.Genuine Expedia guest review
We really enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite..Lots of room and very quiet. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Our room was part of a 2 room suite. The other room controlled the temp. A pillowcase appeared used. The coinciding sheets revealed a couple of hairs. No screens on the doors allowed flying bugs to enter our room & swarm. A dead bug greeted us on the floor in the AM. Manager said she was sorry!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Good value with friendly staff and tasty complimentary breakfast.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Cold shower and no TV"
The shower was ice cold. After the shower we got in bed and turned on the TV. It was a purple screen with no sound and a static picture. The floor was filthy.Genuine Expedia guest review
"20 minutes outside of glacier national park"
I felt very welcomed by staff--they were very helpful and there were lots of extras like laundry, variety of roomsGenuine Expedia guest review
"nice quiet rooms"
The rooms were more than I expected. There was a double bed in the front room and a separate room for the other double bed. There was also a refridgerator and microwave. The breakfast was very minimal but you can get coffee, tea and lemonade throughout the day. Overall very suitable for a good sleep after a day of hiking in glacier.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient to airport"
Easy check in and check out. Reasonable price. Very convenient to airport. Aprox 15 minute drive.Genuine Expedia guest review
Room was very small. Pillows were very flat, even with two. Bathroom sink has no flat space around it for toiletries. The bed was not that comfortable. It's located appox. 10 miles from the entrance to Glacier National Park. That is the best thing about it. However the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great place to stay in Glacier Park"
We were provided with a suite type room with three queen size beds, including one in the living room, and a full size kitchen with all of the amenities. All rooms were clean and comfortable. The inn provides a lot of outdoor facilities for families. A continental breakfast was also available. We do not know what the regular motel rooms look like, but […] we recommend requesting one of the multi-room suites. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Don't stay here!"
We were put I in room 39 behind the office. The room looks and feels like they converted it from an office space to a hotel room. The conversion didn't work! There are three 3 foot fluorescent lights in the ceiling to give the real office feel. They called this room a suite I guess because there is a big futon sitting in the middle of the room. There […] was no dresser...just an old table with the coffee pot and microwave on top and they cut to make a refrigerator fit under. There were two doors like connecting doors on two different walls that don't really go to another room where someone would stay. One went to the breakfast room and the other to some big room across the side of the hotel. The entrance literally"around back" was creepy and in poor repair. So, if you don't like the feeling of having your bed in the middle of an office, don't stay here! Both Kalispell and Whitefish are only a few minutes away and would be much better options. Our experience was very positive. Our room was ready when we checked in; very clean and extras included peppermints each day along with the regular cleaning. "Not Our Cup Of Tea"
Our room was in a separate building about 100 yards from the office. It was called a suite. Small room with a queen bed that moved away from the bolted down headboard each time we sat on the bed. We moved things around to move the bed over enough so we could both get out on our side. There wasn't a closet, bathroom was 4 X 5. There was a SMALL sink, […] a SMALL microwave, a SMALL fridge. The fan in the bathroom rained down water when you turned it on. The highway was just outside and noisy. A table with two bar stools. It was raining the night we got in and the floor was slick and NO carpet. Holes in the drapes and poor lighting. The continental breakfast had NOTHING except white bread, donuts, sweetened quick oatmeal, thawed frozen fruit, sweetened cereal, and yes hard boiled eggs. We took our own butter, plain oatmeal and wholesome bread to this included breakfast. There was coffee, hot water for tea and orange juice. This is not the place to stay if you are older, want a decent breakfast or can't eat sugar. Why couldn't they have apples, oranges, yogurt, wheat bread, butter and some jam, peanut butter in cups, make your own waffles. This cost more than $100 a day and we had to endure it for 3 days as we booked ahead. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Nice place to stay near glacier park."
Good place to stay near the park with a nice basic breakfast and friendly people. Enjoyed a glass of wine at their outside lounge areaGenuine Expedia guest review
We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette. There was a sign posted over the stove stating what cooking, serving & eating amenities should be on site. Less than 1/2 of what was on the list was in place. When I went to the office, the girl had to go search several buildings to find our supplies. They gave us a reason "too many pieces get stolen". The sign […] also said "Leave pots in sink for cleaning staff to clean, due to Health Regulations". This didn't happen. The beds were not made each day. When I mentioned this to the lady at check out, she said "They won't make the beds if you pull the covers part way over the bed." Also our room door was left open not just unlocked after the cleaning staff left. This was very disturbing . Although the room was very unique in it's layout I did not get a warm fuzzy about staying there again. Oh, yes, there was very little hot water. Would I recommend staying here? Only if I knew the staff was more conscientious and diligent in their abilities and the kitchenette was better supplied. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Tis was the perfect location to visit the national park. WE not no problems, enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning as well as visiting with staff and guests. My wife and I stayed here as a way to be close to airport for an early flight home after visiting Glacier National Park. The room was actually the nicest and biggest one of our entire trip. "Cool throwback Inn"
If you like an inn where you can sleep in a tepee, cabin or traditional room, has twinkle lights in patio furniture and a small mini golf "course" about 15 minutes from Glacier - this is for you. "Good budget family hotel"
This is a budget family hotel, and should be judged as such. The rooms are slightly dated but clean. My kids really liked the fuzzy comforters and the separate rooms. Our first night was in a standard room - which was actually 2 rooms, each with a queen bed. The layout is slightly quirky but allows for more privacy. There was a mini-fridge in the closet. The […] rest of our stay was in a mini-suite, which included a 2 rooms, (one with 2 queen beds, 1 with 1 queen bed) kitchenette, including mini-fridge, sink, stove and a table with four chairs. It's straight out of the 50's but serviceable. I was able to go into town and get a few ingredients for simple meals. Unfortunately, our minisuite did not include much in the way of kitchen items - just 2 old skillets and a pancake flipper. We asked for dishes and were provided with paperplates and plastic ware. I had to make a special request for a knife and cutting board. The staff was excellent in providing these things, but I wish I had not needed to ask. Once items were in hand, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. We also made use of the mini-golf and some of the play items available for checkout, and I did a couple loads of laundry ($2 /wash, $2 dry). The laundry room was clean and easy to access.
