The staff was rude and the room marginally clean. Very hard mattress. Location was convenient.

UNCLEAN AND HEAVILY IN NEED OF MAINTAINENCE BREAKFAST DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS-STALE TASTING ITEMS.

The location was very good for what we needed while in Phoneix. The halls, stairs and elevator were very dirty. We advise the clerk of the mud in hall and stairs. Took over 24 hrs to clean. I don't think it should rate the 2.5 stars it carries. The staff were very helpfull and courteous.
