"Unexpected Service"

The room was average. However, I was impressed with both of the front desk staff that helped us. They were both helpful and courteous.

The check in people and personell at the desk were friendly and polite and spoke english!

I have stayed there 3 times and I still like staying there. Great room for the money. Will stay there again.

"Get what you pay for"

For the price, I didn't expect a lot. However, I think little maintenance would go a long way here. A broken heat/AC unit, broken lamp, broken toilet and furniture that look like it came from a Goodwill store. The bed was comfortable but had only three pillows. We all know you should have at least four pillows for a double occupancy room. Only basic cable on the TV, although the guide would indicate much more options. At least I think it was cable, the picture was pretty bad. Though it could have been the 1970's TV set. The people were nice and polite. Didn't offer extra towels or anything like that, but were very hospitable. The motel had maybe at best a quarter occupancy and they put us in a room next to some all night partiers the first night. I ask to change rooms the second night to get away from the noise. They graciously gave me another room. Then stuck someone next to me before the day was out who also liked to party all night. You would think with all those rooms available they could maybe space out the occupied rooms a little, say maybe every other one. Next time, I'll pay the extra, even if it's only for a night or two. Making the reservation was as simple as it gets. The rates were low and compatible with three other sites. I like Hotels.com because they seem to have the most to choose from in a specific area and they are so easy to work with. Thanks for doing your part!
